Working for Ownership of House/Property

I am about to start a working to retain the ownership of my family house to my mother. I'm thinking of starting it on 13th Feb with moon in cancer (might be a different date where you are), mainly because JoS calendar says workings for home, land can be done then. But my question is, what working should I do?

Maybe a planetary square? But I'm not sure for which planet.

Maybe a Rune working? Fehu + Othal? I read they can both help with property.

Or both a planetary square + rune working or is that overkill? :?

Also what seems like a good affirmation for this? The house is in my mother's name. And I want it to remain in my mother's name.

Any working suggestion would be appreciated.

its interesting i was just going to start exactly this tomarrow and saw this OP. Indeed these are ideal. also combining with a jupiter square.

If you do a Square, the Moon Material Square is absolutely the one you have to go for for this one as it governs everything pertaining to your problem. The Sun could work somewhat.

The Moon Square is very long, so make sure you are ready to do it if so. Don't jump into it if you aren't ready.

i just saw that post as well. since the moon rules the home i do think personally a material moon square could work.

i am doing a jupiter square personally for luck and abundance so it helps

i also happen to be doing a spritual moon square but am programmong the energy to manifestcmy moon in positive ways for me.

since the moon rules the home, who knows, maybe the energy will help with this too for me.
