If you mean alcohol, stop drinking. That is making you more tired by making you unable to rest correctly.

Hi, I was just searching for tips to give up alcohol for a family member, actually members! Is there any particular foods? I’m guessing more alchelising ones.
 
I'm deeply convinced, that the wish to ditch booze has to originate from within. It can not be planted from outside with the exception of hypnosis perhaps. If someone really enjoys drinking as a way of escapism, there isn't much one can do.
Might need to take a look at the natal chart to see, if there are any aspects that may be causing such a need and continue from there.
