Which will give you the insight you need to make adjustments in your exercise, yoga, meditation etc. Below is a workout, yoga, and meditation excel tracker template. This is a very basic example, my excel skills aren't the greatest. But this template can get you started keeping score if tracking your events and managing your life is something you've struggled with.
