White sage

Hi, what do you think about white sage, or palo santo? is it a good way to cleanse yourself or your surroundings?

Aside from smelling good or having to deal with a badly ventilated inside space, this won't clean anything in the air.

The claim that perfumes and beautiful scents clean and put away bad energy is somewhat of a very big stretch in the way that it is expected by the people.

Yes, they help, and clear and instate a specific nature in the atmosphere. But where these scents do this is on a low frequency, quite low. Most energies and spirits are higher than this, so as a grosser deterrent, won't miraculously cleanse anything of "importance".

Higher energy like one that is vibrated, sacred mantras and intent with programming will create this higher energy that actually has the power to cleanse.

You cannot be cleaned by perfumes, but they can help in a working by mental state, ritualistic approach and refinement of the being. Creative power as in inspiration, respecting your place and your self and so on.

For small things, like cleaning the atmosphere of a room, yes it works, to an extent that shouldn't be celebrated too much, to put it in a way.
