I've recently been interested in Tarot Cards and in my search for a deck, I've noticed that there's a bunch of different types, with different symbols. I was wondering, which one is the most accurate/traditional? There's a bunch of "New Age" crap out there and I don't want to be stuck with a false tarot deck.

i have very good results with the Thoth deck

If you are looking for something satanic themed and a bit dark but unconventionl there is always H.R. Giger's Baphomet tarot of the underworld deck. Its out of print so you will need to order it off of ebay or something like that but its pretty awesome and has tarot meditations in there too.

Rider-Waite is the only way to go unless you make your own deck. The Thoth deck is good except Crowley's used hebrew "magic". Why would you want to use that? I have had 100% accuracy with the Rider-Waite. It's the purest occult deck for sure and a very humble deck at that. Hail the Ace of Swords.

I have the Hanson-Roberts Tarot Deck. This can be purchased at Amazon.com or many other places. The hebrew shit is to a minimum.

I can't agree on that--Rider-Waite is full of Christian symbolism. I use the Egyptian deck, it is awesome, AND do not have to worry about any Hebrew symbology at all. Just about ANY Egyptian deck is good, and actually I can get "100% accuracy" with any deck, b/c one's psychic and intuitive skills are more important than the actual cards themselves...if you are good, you channel the messages...
