All of the people go by this dreaming stage, some might snap out or just have it mumbled the reality and the imaginative state. This also influenced by the planets composition and advancement of the individual.

Normal dead people have only this dimension of reach with the living, by dreams and this is most of the times ignored by the living relatives. Also the released person might not be aware of the their death etc.
