What type of nutrition is the most effective?(For a Satanist)

I think you're looking for this thread:

Please use the search function. Other than that, the general rule of thumb is to eat natural stuff, avoid processed and refined foods, eating locally produced things works wonders. Hope it helps x).

There is not such thing as a "Satanist" diet. What do exists tho is an healthy one for every human being, which is what we are first and foremost. You should avoid drinking too much alcohol, highly processed sugar snacks or soft drinks, which are anot forbidden but should be consumedin a moderate manner. Also avoid like the pest energy drinks, these are just toxic and do not have anything "energetic", and can cause serious problems on the long run.
Obvious things said, I'm not a nutritionist but outside your mundane regular diet, exercise is crucial here, as your body has to burn the energy you gained from food and drinks.
As last note, remember that every individual is different, meaning that a "common diet" is just the one based on common sense and moderation. But aside from that, if 5 people go to a nutritionist it would be probable that he/she will give 5 different diet.

If you want something specific you should consult one of these, not every doctor is of the enemy, keep that in mind. There are tons of good people out there, who spent their lives studying these field.

as a doctor, i advise you to eat everything. but definitely not processed meat, chicken, instant soups, most frozen foods.
we should definitely drink prepared water. there are sooo many people in this region who got sick because they drank random water.
im really lucky to have access to handmade olive oil in my area. absolutely do not use margarine.
it is essential to buy eggs from places like farms instead of markets.
dont consume greens without washing them thoroughly in vinegar and carbonated water.
i hope this answers your question.

There is no single best way to approach this because our bodies and minds are different and as such, the approach has to vary as well.

I recommend learning holistic views about nutrition and trying to seek something that works the best for you personally. Even the same person during different times of their life has different needs, keep in mind...

Honestly, this does not sound like something coming from a doctor...

Nothing wrong with chicken per se, but some localities use harmful methods for raising chicken in which case you would be right. The same goes for eggs from the store. Tap water, is okay-ish in certain areas, otherwise, cleaning equipment is needed (reverse osmosis and the like). This is the first time I've heard about washing greens in such a manner. Something must be very wrong where you are from... Lastly, one has to study what works in their region and what does not because of large environmental and social differences around the globe.

I don't understand how such a thing as nutrition can be individual for people who are on the same planet as me.

Nothing wrong with chicken per se,
i think she means don’t eat processed meats AND chicken (as in processed chicken)

Other than I think what she said is alright.

poultry products can be purchased as fresh unprocessed cuts (no preservation techniques other than refrigeration or freezing) (34) or as processed items (preserved by smoking, curing, salting, and/or the addition of chemical preservatives) (1). as such, processed poultry differs from fresh poultry in sodium content, preservative addition, and sometimes macronutrient composition if fats and carbohydrates are added (35). for example, the sodium and nitrate content of processed meats can be ≤400% and ≤50% higher, respectively, compared with unprocessed meats. these are important considerations. the higher sodium content in processed meats is attributable to more than two-thirds of the associations shown between processed meats and CVD, due to higher blood pressure. nitrates can result in endothelial cell dysfunction, thereby increasing coagulation, inflammatory cytokines, reactive oxygen species, and insulin resistance. accumulating evidence shows associations and the potential for processed meat to be detrimental for human health-related outcomes, such as obesity, CVD, T2DM, and some cancers.

as for the egg issue, i can do more than 10 scientific researches and articles on PubMed about it. but you know, sometimes even if we talk until the morning, there will always be those who wear blinders saying no, these are not these, these are lies, the only truth is my truth...
i invite you to respect my profession and science.

if anyone wanna read articles and wondering researches, feel free to dm or mail me

What about the eggs?

Then why don't we organize a circle of people with the highest form of nutrition?
Why not. Are you willing to start organizing such a project? It would take several months of in-depth research and compilation of information at the very least—probably more.

I heard about cleaning vegetables like this a month ago. Though this person just used warm water and baking soda. Said it had to do with the pesticides that they spray onto the vegetables, and that it'd discolor the water. She said that tomatoes were the only thing that did not discolor the water.

I miss scientific evidence proving all this, and that is why I've been sceptic of whether or not the coloring was just the natural colorants that the plant makes leaking into the water.

I understand what is said about the margarine. As its a plant fat that has been hydrogenated, and as a result contains a lot of transfats which are unhealthy to consume.

they apply extra hormones to caged chickens so that they grow fast and grow a lot. its effecting their meat and eggs both
I see. Refer to my point where I mentioned that these practices vary from region to region. It is possible to get high-quality eggs from the store.

I'm just starting to communicate with the Guardian Demon about this. As he gives a detailed answer, I will prepare a post, you can write all the questions related to this topic so that I additionally add answers at the end

Apart from what you mention about nitrites, processed carnic products usually carry other harmful additives such as monosodic glutamate and polyphyphates.

And different habits, which also need to be taken into account. And provided proper nutrition for.
Yes, but are not those caused by different minds (and environments to a degree)?

Speaking of environments, nutritional requirements vary a lot between different places. For example, the northern and southern hemispheres have very different seasons, thus optimal nutrition for the same person would vary as well. And then there are more local variations in these areas.

It's also important, besides where the animals are kept, that what they give them. I have seen a cow farm where cows were very skinny, their feces was too fluidy and too much, this tells that they get much antibiotic and other medicine. For the usual costumer, this is not seen.

However, it is still possible to buy good egg, meat, and milk from even big markets as Henu says, but it depends on where it is, and it's quit rare nowadays. There is big market where they have a section where they sell the product of a local farm. That is good quality raw milk, and milk products, and even meat sometimes.

There might also be some shop around where they sell good meat and such products, in a butcher or something like this. You can buy eggs and milk from a local farmer. So there are still alternatives, you can still eat healthy food in most cases, you may have to travel for it more and it will be less available than the big market products, but it does worth it I guess.
If you wanna be completely sure, you have to look further into these farms and shops, it is the best if you can see the animals and how they are kept.

that's quite the summary of the story,
lately i started to believe that what you eat and what you let into your body is a final result to your vibrates and the nature of your very being!
btw what you said about the chicken and the sodium is true but it's nothing compared to the REAL DISASTER of what exactly they feeds the chicken, giving meds and hormones!

i agree and still pretty surprised that people say that it is very easy to get hormone-free chicken meat and eggs. hormone-free here means that it is at least 4 to 5 times more expensive.

The way I envisage this would be akin to a detailed article outlining different needs and situations and providing solutions based on truth for each scenario which is a bit more complicated than a simple question-and-answer post.

Yes. Seems like I wasn't thinking of it in that way.
One could go on and on about those variations too, from being male or female, to dna or astrology or even microbial biome in the gut.. I remember hearing about a diet connected to certain blood groups too. There are many possibilities.

And here it is almost like just another product available on the shelf with some but not much difference from buying straight from the producer. In some cases, there are more differences, like when buying eggs of young chickens from the farmer compared to market eggs. But both are good.

Then can I write a demo and post it on the forum, and then add the rest to it after a while and make an article on the J.O.S. wiki? Do I need to register with the JOS projects for this? I also have the makings of other articles that will definitely be in the future. But I am not sure that I will be able to arrange everything well and do everything beautifully.

You can write a forum post. If it is good, it can be added into the Omni section of JoS wiki as an answer for a question. And if it is a really good and factual post it has the potential to be added to the library in some point in the future.

I think the answer will be useful to all Satanists
It is very important to adhere to a balanced diet, it is important to eat both meat and herbivorous foods, as well as dairy, because they contain important proteins and carbohydrates.

I also recommend eating vegetables and fruits because they contain vitamins.

In addition to regular food, you can use artificial vitamins and minerals in tablets if you lack some substances.
