I began practicing void meditation and getting into a deep trance, which actually is not that simple even for someone advanced. Todays soceity is full of stress and I also have a job which can become stressful at times, making it more difficult for me to relax completely. But one simply has to try and practice it daily regardless. It's not like one reaches total Samadhi on the first try, just like one doesn't become super muscular on the first day at the gym.
Later on I found a DVD called "Kundalini Yoga for Beginners and Beyond" in the "Resources" section within the "Advanced Satanism" section on the JoS website. I also ordered and got the book recommended with instructions about the asanas in that course. I find that course to be sufficient enough myself though. It has very good instructions and is clear and easy to understand. Feels nice and comfy to have speaker voices in there instructing you how to pursue this correctly.
"The beginners mind, is something advanced yogis aspire to, to stay inspired" is a good deep quote in there, as well as "our souls can only be experienced through our bodies" - something for those fooled Christards to take in and learn from. And "Now is Always the Time." True that also.

That one I've been doing once a week for some years now, even if it's actually recommended to start with Hatha Yoga before moving on to Kundalini. I have not rushed this one though, and I always do a small running exercice outside (ca 3 km) to warm up before all those spinal exercises (can become stiff and tense if not I've noticed).
Besides all this I've done a lot of Breath of Fire exercises (recommended prior to meditation), some opening the chakras exercises (could do more of those), and RTR (Reverse Torah Rituals) which should help you free the serpent and remove Jewish curses. Aura cleaning is something I also do after this, and it should be done daily regardless of RTR or not for spiritual health.
Yogi Bhajan once compared not meditating to not taking showers; sooner or later people are going notice you are dirty. Same goes for aura cleaning I think. Being an advanced SS is like being a spot of clean sanity in a completely insane and dirty world. Just like JoS is on the whole.
It takes time and effort to advance properly, but I can assure you that it's worth the effort and not giving up.
Don't be afraid to try out new things like asanas etc. "Just DO it"
