I have been opening my 3rd eye for some time and didnt fully open. What is the most important: vibrating "THAUM" or aligning 3rd eye or meditating on 3rd eye?

You can't completely open your third eye in just a few days or weeks. All is important.
It takes persistence and sometimes it can take a long, long time. Keep at it. Do the third eye meditation even as you move on and open the crown chakra.

Also, use other mantras such as Thaur, SaTaNaMa, Inanna or Thoth. This will open it faster. Don't overdo it, though. Don't burn yourself.

To completely open the third eye is not that much of an issue (it can take a few years), the issue is to learn how to use it and also to maintain it open, which requires daily work. Indeed we could place work on the third eye, however minimal (it can be a few minutes a day) on one's daily and "must-do" schedule.
To successfully open the third eye, one also needs to work on the periphery and the crown. Aside from this, one has to be patient and self-aware to notice actual changes in perception.

There are different levels to it, its not like BAM and out of the blue it is fully open.
It is a process
