Ques.1
What is the function of sex hormones in our body? Do they affect our sexuality in any way? Like deficiency of Testosterone in males would make them more feminine or attracted towards other males and high level of Testosterone would make them more masculine and attracted towards females etc.
I don't know about biology that's why I'm asking.

Ques.2
Can someone change their sexuality or gender by increasing masculine energies in their soul ?
I have a fear that if I open my sacral chakra and clean all blockages and dirt then I'll become bisexual. I'm slightly bisexual but I don't like it because I get confused. It's like sometimes I like girls and that time I dislike boys. But other times I like boys and don't feel attraction towards girls. I don't like it.

The libido is determined by the levels of testosterone, estrogen and progesterone, with testosterone's effect on libido being the most prominent, and progesterone amplifying the effects of the other two. Men and women both have all of those hormones, but men have far more testosterone, and women have far more estrogen and between 0.5 to 3.5 times as much progesterone as men do, depending on their cycle.

Testosterone also increases competitiveness and reduces sociability. Studies involving mice with Klinefelter's syndrome (XXY chromosomes) showed that low levels of testosterone are associated with increased sociability, which in turn led to an increased prevalence of homosexual behaviour, but no reduction in heterosexual attraction.

During the previous century, homosexuality (especially among men) was considered a mental illness, and as such there have been many attempts by doctors to rid men of homosexual behaviour. One of these treatments involved supplementing the testosterone levels with injections. While this caused about 30% of treated men to lean more towards heterosexuality, the other 70% merely had their libido increased, which in turn further increased their homosexual urges.

Based on this, some doctors tried to instead prescribe medication that suppresses testosterone, to lower the libido and suppress homosexual behaviour that way. Until 1967, men who were sentenced for homosexual behaviour in the UK were allowed to choose between prison time or undergoing such a "treatment". Nowadays, it's considered inhumane and no longer allowed due to the severe negative health effects of having low levels of sex hormones.

To summarise, if hypothetically you have low testosterone and decide to go to a doctor to have this treated, there's about a 30% chance this will make you more interested in women and less interested in men, but it's more likely not to change your sexuality and merely make you more muscular, energetic and sexual.

Why do you dislike it?

There can be fluctuations in sexuality, but some inclinations are hard-wired biologically. Usually there is a trend towards preferring partners of a specific sex, that gradually becomes clearer over the years. However, some individuals can really go either way. I think it's fine to go with the flow and try things to figure out what you like the most. In my opinion, the best way to clear up bicurious feelings is actual experience.

This is your 3rd account Meteor. Spewing long nonsense to simple answers just to confuse simple questions.

"fluctuations in sexuality"..what a fucking joke. Oh shit it rains, now as a male who I only like vaginas, I fluctuated. I better suck some sticks. You never know until you try right? You might like dick instead of pussy, you better try. IF YOU DON'T YOU ARE MENTALLY ILL. GO FUCK ANYTHING THAT MOVES.

Yes, I lost access to my other two accounts, as I've previously explained.

I'm sorry, but even after trying to consider your emotions, I can't make sense of what you wrote.

Do you believe bisexuality to be unnatural? I personally know some people who have engaged in bisexual behaviour over the course of their lifetime. Some grew out of it and settled for a permanent heterosexual or homosexual relationship, while others (especially ones who prefer casual sex or multiple partners) still identify as bisexual. I based the information in the second part of my post on that.

Even I personally used to think I might be bisexual, but after actually dating a woman for some time, I found that to not be the case after all. Sometimes I wonder if I would've still felt confused about that if I hadn't acted on those feelings to give it a try, so I'm glad I did, even though that relationship didn't work out.

I used to think that polyamorous people were mentally ill, and also believed bisexuality to be a matter of confusion, but learning more about polyamory here on the forums changed my mind regarding both matters.

If I wrote something that isn't correct, please communicate it in a sensible manner so that I can learn from it. It was not my intention to spread any misinformation. But the way you currently communicate is simply lost on me, and thus I was unable to understand what you are criticising me for, despite doing my best. Perhaps it's because English isn't my first language.

Furthermore, you told him to study biology, yet when I share my knowledge about biology and endocrinology to answer his question, you get upset and call it nonsense? Others have said that you are a sensible person, and I believe them. Since you are a sensible person, I hope you don't mind clarifying what the meaning of your irrational, nonsensical behaviour is, to help me understand their point of view. I mean no offense by that, and am merely curious; but if the reasons are private, I will respect that too.

I have no idea if O.P. is a troll as NakedPluto states. Meteor person or whatever. But O.P. in correctness or incorrectness i.e. account trolling does make a point to a degree which I've theorized from reading into the subject.

But Q.2 is a strange question to ask. You like girls hetero but also like boys homo but can be off put and switch moods.

Funny I see this all the time in questions like on Quora or whatever, I also see it with many who post things like this or another subject on hand they run into transgirl porn and are like WTF why do I like the feminized body with a male member.

I think the question men need to ask is not. Do I like men am I gay or bi or some spectrum? Or as the O.P. put I like girls for the most part but can cater to men during a mood or maybe a state of excitement. Which is another question are you excited by men simply because your wilding out and are looking for sexual properties in other people?

I think the question men should ask is. Do I like men and wish to be with a guy out of curiosity or attraction? OR do I simply like men for their virile member?

Many men like seeing the member of a guy such as for example gloryhole pornography or scenes of individual, double, triple, multiple(gangbang) penetration but that's the thing they like seeing the member. They don't care for the guy IF anything it's not surprising with some if not many of these guys that they like transgirls it makes for a safe image to incubate the virile member of a man with the softness and geometry of a female.

IF the O.P. is not a troll. Then is this a correct assumption? your excited for other guys based on their member not because they are guys or wishing to be with guys. Then again you might be one of these guys that is told your bi or spectrum and like men but to you sex is sex and you view things as it's not gay being with a guy. Or for example you can state identitarian you can call me these names but I simply do it out of human compassion.

Ex: Male pornstar does gay porn, Gay? No I simply get payed enough to do it but I'm not gay, bi, spectrum nor attracted to men. I'm simply payed enough money and I do a scene I still prefer Women.

Sounds weird but some guys in the industry have literally said this.

I think what he meant was that freeing the soul can perhaps open your sexuality more.

But I agree that it can’t be CHANGED. It’s just bringing out more of what was already there or destroying what wasn’t and was actually a curse and other dross on your soul that led you to be more oriented toward one gender or the other.

Yes, that is what I meant, hence why I wrote that some inclinations are biologically hard-wired (can't be changed) and that even people who experience fluctuations over the years (such as many bisexual peoppe) tend to trend towards a specific preference over the years. For some people (such as the OP) their sexuality isn't completely obvious, and it can take time to figure it out. This can come with experience, but also with advancement and cleaning/freeing the Soul like you mentioned.

The OP has questions and is confused on matters that are of inner quality, that is 1. Need, 2. Desire. , 3. Manifestation.

If one is confused about their passion regarding sexual preference, one is simply not ready to have sexual life, be it that it is caused by negative or whatever reasons.

Scientific reasoning does not stand on what Meteor posted, in the specifics of the question. One is confused, then gets more confused reading the studies which by simple preview one understands that testosterone makes one like females, the other men.

One has to ask why and how is that so, what is behind it, and all of the factors accounting for the above situation.

Having more testosterone will amplify the masculine traits and passion, passion which can be for whatever the soul desires and needs. Having Estrogen will soften and make the passion softer, and dreamy.

If I put in myself a lot of estrogens, for example, it will make me very unmasculine, and soft. I will still like vaginas, nothing else. The way I will approach and deal with a vagina will be different, but the vagina stays on my mind forever.

If I put testosterone, I will become much more masculine, and explosive. My passion therefore will be amplified in the same aspects.

On both ends, if one likes women, one will have their need and passion for women. Anything else manipulates the drive and its character of it.

One likes men, it will stay as such. If one likes both it will stay as such. No matter the levels of these hormones.

The above study includes the "situation" that it may be possible to change preference due to this. This is a lie and it may only be a consequence of the individual not knowing in the first place, an aspect which is based on their life not having this sexual existence started, in my opinion.

The studies done on this also are not proving of anything, but are mere observations without real causality.

Sexual need, passion, liking, and manifestation just is. Has nothing to do with the low or high level of hormones.

Yes, when there's high testosterone there's competitiveness, masculinity, control, and assertiveness. Amazing qualities. One doesn't bend to other needs, they are providing for those who need it.

Low-level testosterone does not make one more sociable. But makes one search for validation and anchors like a child. Simply. This translates into, for the simple human, as sociable, unfortunately.

Also having all of this discussion focused only on hormonal chemical names, makes it fitting to the worst understanding of it, being that these notions and true understanding come from a broader perspective, that of how a human function and the spiritual nature of things.

Needless to say, we don't need to be geniuses to observe how the focus on this is extremely exaggerated, mindlessly spread around with no actual gravity of words or direction of it. Confusion and confusion and sympathetic failures of understanding the basic form of life that exists within.

I discovered I can masturbate at 5-6 years old. Looked at nice women in yoga magazines (props to my father's stash). It felt magical, tities and ass and beautiful tall women. My body wasn't even able to generate seed. When I was 7 I had the shock of my life when happened. At the normal rate, a boy would experience this at 13-14 years old, not 5-7.

All of this was due to past lives, I was very open. Regardless this wasn't a hormonal aspect, and while the body and the hormones weren't there, the full-on passion and desire, the need was there, fully manifested.

I understand others are not like this, all have their timing and existence, unique souls. But don't let this be confused or be influenced by the media, as that is what is promoted in regards to this.

As I stated, the study found that only the behaviour changed, not the attraction. What you wrote is in agreement with the study's findings, so it seems there was simply a misunderstanding here. Thank you for clearing up what your reaction was about.

I figured that maybe I didn't explain it very well. As I mentioned, in 70% of cases the apparent preference stayed the same. The other 30% are likely individuals who have more potential for bisexuality, being able to swing either way depending on the circumstances. But as I also mentioned, even bisexual people (or people who go through phases of different preferences, in other words, fluctuations in sexuality) will often tend towards one preference or the other in time. To an extent this may simply be due to adolescent confusion being resolved, but on the other hand, how one views oneself and relates to others can affect and solidify this as well.

That's where sex hormones come into play in terms of causing fluctuations in sexuality for 30% of people. As the different levels of hormones change behaviour and emotions, people will contextualise themselves differently, which can in some cases cause them to lose interest partially or even entirely in certain kinds of relationships, and seek out different kinds of relationships instead (assuming they have the potential to be sexually attracted to either sex), leading to an apparent change in sexual preference in the process. But this may in fact simply be a manifestation of a dormant form of bisexuality. In fact, this may also explain why many bisexual people eventually appear to become exclusively hetero-/homosexual. It is not that their potential for bisexuality disappears over time, but they simply lose interest in intimate relations with one sex or the other as their ego fully develops over time.

In my case, my bisexual behaviour in the past was only a matter of confusion. My whole life, the only thing that turns me on has been being penetrated, and in practice this makes me incompatible with women, which is something I previously underestimated. When it comes to attraction, a person's energy is far more important to me than looks, so I thought I could date a woman as long as her character was masculine enough, but the underlying incompatibility could not be reconciled after all.

Putting my own experiences aside however, the findings of the studies I mentioned imply that for some people, bisexuality is really just in their nature, even if they might not be attracted to both sexes at the same time, but rather at different times (which is relevant to what the OP wrote). My conversations with bisexual people over the years also confirm that, and while I used to assume others were merely confused like I was, I no longer think there's anything wrong with them being that way, if that's just what comes naturally to them.

Lastly, I'd like to add that the experiences of the 70% do not in any way discount the experiences of the 30%, nor vice versa. These differences have to do with hard-wired biological inclinations, so even if there were anything wrong with it, it's not like people can help it. Different people are simply different, as is natural and logical; so to be overly judgemental towards people whose sexuality appears to change over time merely because that wouldn't ever be the case for yourself (as is the case for the majority of people), is foolish and naïve.

It’s called having a penis fetish. I don’t understand it either but I don’t consider them actually gay or bi despite being aroused by big tallywhackers! It’s very superficial.

You're so lucky, I just talked about this. There is a sexual identity. And there is the type of lust. There is male or female lust. You must ask the satan for male lust. And you should want her to make her gender identity male. And for that you have to ask for succubus. If you do these things, your gender identity is now male. But if you want to make women fall in love. You have to ask the satan for the kind of lust every woman would want you to.It's that simple.Very easy.

So what I understand is :

Gender identity and sexual orientation are two totally different things. Sex Hormones affect only physical or bodily traits, they cannot change your sexuality. Maybe those 30% males were slightly bisexual but they didn't know. I've heard about a scientific research where scientist concluded that most of the males are fully or slightly bisexual. But they don't know themselves because of obvious reasons(like me). Fully heterosexual males cannot get aroused because of other males.
