I don't find the words of any outside esotericist worth reading, they are mostly deranged kabbalists and drug users. The most value I've gotten from reading any esotericism is the JOS and its sermons. Nothing else has been worthwhile.

Since you've read enough about crowley to know how strange and nutty he was, you should ask yourself if he is someone you want to be like. Because doing or listening to what he says is how you do that.

The Thoth tarot deck has nothing to do with our God Thoth, it is a hebrew deck. Best to avoid it and get one that is based on the RWS deck, there are a lot of decks that don't have enemy symbols, and are of many different styles and personal tastes

Aliester Crowley was seeking the truth, but the information in circulation at that point in time was all hebrew garbage and judaic esoteric methods.
As a result he was sucked into this and gradually grew more evil, deranged and degenerate. Unfortunately this happens when people pick up the practices of the enemy as a gentile.

Whether he's even okay at this point and reincarnated smoothly I highly doubt it. He likely deeply damaged his soul and has a whole host of problems, the enemy had a field day with him.

It's sad, and really fucked up. Yes he ultimately chose this and was a major fool, but at the end of the day in his time there was not really anything to turn to that wasn't corrupted unless one had access to hard to find occult circles of our people.

Avoid all of his writings and everything he is associated with, as it's all damaged and corrupted material mixed with his own delusions and issues from the path he took in occultism. He would summon greys and everything.

It's garbage and unrelated to our God Thoth. Aliester Crowley was connecting to the enemy entities and was steeped in false information, harmful practices and his own drug fueled and mental problems. Throw the deck away when you can afford to get a better tarot deck.

Aleister Crowley achieved some level of divination, but his channeling and tying into enemy entities gradually destroyed him and corrupted his soul.

All you have to learn from Crowley is what NOT to be.

He came to a fork in the road and took the wrong path, which was typical because of what occult information was in circulation at the time. This was the case for centuries with the enemy having control, all paths to the truth were removed, except for some advanced gentiles who had the authority and or wealth to at least attain some useful knowledge that wasn't corrupted. But unfortunately this was not an opportunity that presented itself to many people.
