hey ive had some weird shit happen to me.

ok in my room i feal like im being watched by something not good.

I was in my room meditating, and i felt like this spirit bothered me
and it made me stop meditating and i tried to figure out what the
spirit was and it "flew" out of my room. and i couldnt concentrate.

could i have help?

Whenever u feel suddenly uncomfortable, it usually due to some
negative presence in ur sudden area.

Clean ur aura AND do a banishing ritual.

This really gets the job done.

It could be a grey trying to distract you.

or just some spirit that was curious as to what you were doing.

I wasn't able to do a banishing ritual,so I asked Father in a letter
during a ritual,to protect my house so I may live in peace and
meditate whenever I may want.

Since then,I have Demons coming and going out of my house.I really
feel safe.
