Do not lose sight of the bigger picture.

Yes comrade, Pluto dominant in the house of Scorpio is the generational trait, but also anyone that has plutonian characteristics (like scorpio stelliums, or dominant placements in scorpio, strong planets in the 8th house, a significant pluto placement etc.).
