Other Was it a coincidence?

So the story is... While I was pregnant I had to drive a car almost everyday and it kept failing randomly several months till one day I couldn't drive anymore despite of it being repaired several times and in a quite good condition. It just stopped in the middle of the road, had to call for technical support. It was strange for me cause the car was in a quite good condition as I mentioned above and when my husband was driving it didn't keep failing. Why didn't the car break down when I wasn't pregnant? Was it a coincidence or some kind of nonphysical attacks or the energy of the baby or just life happens?

P. S. Car service had a quite good mechanics, so I think it's not their fault.
I still drive this same car.
