I'd say it means that there can be "racist" stuff on the net legally (racist from (((their))) viewpoint ofcourse). If net neutrality goes down the toilet, this supposed "racist" stuff will get removed from the net, hence our yahoo groups and JoS website would get eradicated.

This is priceless!
I do think that doing the protecting jos rune ritual and the RTR for communications is really good.
But all other RTR's *MUST* be done too nevertheless!
