I m sfiting to a dormatory , it will be difficult to vibrate runes or RTR , can i vibrate runes mentally and affirm?

Technically yes, however the effect is incomparable to vibrating them normally interms of strength.

Doing them out loud is the best but whispering them are a little stronger than doing it mentally.

Maybe buy a fan or play some soft music to drown out the whisper if you can.

You can make trips to secluded areas in the forest, or in the inside of your car if you have one. Otherwise, it would just be the application yantra, which does have some power of its own.

I've done it with Algiz when I'm in potentially dangerous situations and has helped me a lot.

But Mantra and Yantra work best together.
