Vibrating/mantra tricks for no one else hear it?

I have troubles with vibrating, I want that no one hear it around me, those who I live with, neightbours, etc...
Any way to avoid that other people hear my vibrating? Did you have some "life hacks?"

Play musik, vibrate rather quietly. You can do the Final RTR also metaly but its less effective.

I am good in "mental vibration" since I mostly used it, cause the problem mentioned below.
I tought what if I do this ritual triple times with mental vibration a day. It's more than nothing.
