Very intense feeling after meditation

So last night I had a very overwhelming feeling after my nightly meditation for the 40 day power meditation program. I have not opened my third eye and I’m assuming it basically impossible that I could have opened it accidentally while doing void meditation but I’m wondering if anyone knows what it could be I did first Aura cleansing and aura protection both of which for the first time felt very intense as I could feel pressure where my third eye chakra. But when I started the void meditation I saw a black outline go across my feet as I was doing it eyes open then i kept my mind clear and the light turned almost dark blue around my hands and a very strong flash of energy washed over me and I lost focus and no longer saw any color around me but the after math was 40 minutes or so of very high energy it almost felt psychedelic with how I felt on a different plain. But now the next day I feel very centered and just overall just in a good mood. Not sure what it was but it was very overwhelming and I have never experienced anything like that.

Any black you see on you or around you may be part of your aura. I suggest if you ever see black on your Aura that you do any further cleaning you can. Thread cutting,cleansing and being aware of any negative energy you may of come into contact or connected with.

This is not always perfect sometimes there can be some dross left over from deeper things like emotional trauma and soul fragmentation. Do your best with want you can and work on deeper things over long term.

It sounds like you might have begun opening the third eye. It's not an on/off situation. The third eye will gradually become more sensitive and these visions will be more accurate and more frequent. The third eye is associated with the pineal gland which is responsible for releasing DMT, so everything mostly checks out.

Maybe your gurdian demon did visit you and you did feel his presence. Can also be from cleaning a obstacle (less likely).

I haven’t thought of that, the two nights before this took place I had been reading the names of demons seeing if anyone’s name stuck out to me and I remember feeling interested when I read about Amdusias and I started wondering if I already had a connection to him and I felt very I would say happy and excited. And after my meditation I would say the same feeling came back even stronger. So maybe it’s possible I do have a good connection to him.
