Yes it is. Red rules passionate love. Green is more like tender, sweet love. You can alternate depending on what you want.

The Venus Square and Gebo rune are both suitable, but "to make someone fall in love with you" isn't how love spells work in general. To make this more accurate: you can *influence* someone to have more sexual/loving feelings towards you. What such spells do is influence their emotions and thoughts. A person who hates you will almost 100% of the time resist and ignore these feelings. Someone who already likes you a bit is more likely to accept these thoughts and feelings and act on them. Someone who is an expert at void meditation and has disciplined his/her mind and is strong-willed can also resist these thoughts/feelings, and the same is with someone who is skeptical of his thoughts/feelings. It's not like the Hollywood version where that person loses all personal will. That person can and does retain his will and can choose to accept or reject these loving feelings towards you. So as you can see, it's not a matter of forcing someone, but influencing them, and this influence can be resisted or ignored.

If that's the case and you're totally new I suggest focusing on meditation instead of spells that influence others as your mind isn't likely strong enough for that. It's a catch-22: Only newbies get excited about targeted love spells, advanced people almost never use them because 1)they know a specific person may not necessary be the right person for them, so if they want a partner they do a generic working to attract their perfect partner and 2)it may cause unnecessary complications they are not prepared to deal with, like that person being obsessed and interfering with their life.

A generic spell to attract your perfect partner instead of targeting a specific person is the best type of love spell, and even suitable for newbies.
