Should I use the Square for wealth (Moon in Capricorn), or for something related to male-female chakras union, or soul wings? (Moon in Libra)

You should decide what you want to do for yourself.

You are correct, however, Sun is more powerful in terms of wealth, money attraction. Just wanted to say that.

Yes and no, that's just my opinion. You're right that the Sun is more powerful in regards of this matter such as wealth and overall it's power over Venus.
But then again you have to take in consideration one's astrological natal chart and if someone has better connection with Venus in his chart and see when there's a good transit and progression going on and so on so forth then Venus might be more beneficial then the Sun Square , especially if the Sun is shadowed by other planets , let's say you might have a weak Sun but a strong Venus, point is that : Venus square could be more beneficial. No matter what , I would use Venus only to attract love and to improve my beauty such as physical one and astral and overall the mental one.

If ones Sun is weak then do a Sun Square, spiritual one, to remove any negative aspects and another one to fully empower and make it stronger.

You're alright with the last part but I wouldn't to personally do a square for this endower instead you could say : Those energies of Venus empowers my chakra X in the most positive ways for me and then you have what you wished the energy will take it simplest form to manifest and you redirected it trough an affirmation which will empower it entirely so including what you want. That's how I will do it .
