I want to use the runes and when I research the runes they tell me that I need to harmonize with their energy.

That's the problem when you research most mainstream sources, they have no idea what they are talking about and they use them in a different way than we do, like for example they carve them into stones and use them for divination.

The site we use says nothing about any harmonizing or whatever. You just vibrate the rune(s) as if they are mantras and use them in magick. It's simple as that and you don't need to do anything else.
