Like I said before in 2016 I awoke something in my body an energy I slowly adapted to over the year with meditations. in 2020/2021 I saw Ufos every week. And the first one I ever saw was standing still in the air, flashed me, and then started moving slowly. This is a video I filmed last week.

You're right. I'm not seeing a strobe light, nor am I seeing any navigation lights.

You would expect to see a flashing red light, and red and green lights on the port and starboard wingtips. Also, it doesn't appear to be moving at a consistent speed.

That is a very interesting video, and I don't think it can be explained as an aircraft.

If UFOs would be so common to see, than this would be commonly known. Grays probably do put LEDs on their crafts and shout "WE ARE HERE!" so that we notice them one day. No. They don't need lights and they probably don't use burning-based engine neither.

If it's a UFO to you, then it's a UFO. You didn't say it's an alien/ET spacecraft, so you're not sounding like an idiot! Those Chinese fire lanterns, some would consider to be UFOs, except they're not flying exactly; they're floating - and as you said, objects which are unidentified and possibly flying, which hover, technically are not flying, either, so a better (and apparently preferred) term is UAF - unexplained aerial phenomenon (or phenomena). Sometimes when I look up at night, and the weather is nice, I can see a flashing light usually in the same direction. Everyone would say it's a plane, but I used to think it might be a satellite or the ISS but they would be too far away to see - either way, since I can't identify it correctly, it is a UFO, not alien/ET vehicle.

I'm assuming the phone camera is creating lens distortion, but did it look like a large, circular white dish IRL?

I saw something similar as a kid and I could tell it wasn't a plane. It moved too unnaturally, like it was floating in the air and not according to the standard laws of physics or gravity.

I saw it two day's in a row and then never again. It was so completely still that at first glance I thought it was the moon before it blitzed past the sky. It showed up again the next day in the same spot at the same time and did the same thing.

The motion of this ufo isnt consistent. This looks exactly the same as those ufos the capture footage in th ehistory channel when they go ufo hunting.

They go ufo hunting in the history channel and eventually it always appears something just like in this video.

Everything that can be determined as an "unknown flying object" is a UFO. So, potentially, quite a lot, depending on what is known.
