Hello brothers and sister!

Some of you might be familiar with the term of a group fitness challenge, where a group of people have to repeat a routine for X days.
And by the end of it they all see and share their results.

So I was thinking to start a Thread for a first challenge I propose to whoever wishes to participate.
I feel like this would be a fun and entertaining way to get us all involved in practice despite not being able to meet each other.

This challenge will last 100 Days, it's a test of willpower and it will propel all the participants progress in this skill.

The objective of this challenge is to practice at least 1 Hour of trance everyday. You can practice this hour however you deem fit, 2x30 Minutes Sessions, 3x20 Minutes Sessions or 1 Hour Sessions.

By the end of it you would have practiced 100 Hours already, this challenge should be journaled by each of the participants, and if you wish to, you can also share your journaling.
Journaling will also help other SS find the best ways of practice for themselves from such testimonies.

Use whatever resources you would like from the website and forum! Use whatever technique! Turn this skill into your art for 100 Days!

I propose the start of this Challenge to be on Sunday, 24th of March.
Even if you miss it, you can still join.

Let's get the best of ourselves in this challenge!

Hmm this is a good community building idea you got here. I think I will participate.

I'm a bit late but I'll start with you all. Trance is one of my weakest areas.

1 hour is too much for many people. They can start at 20 minutes which is very good already. 21-25 minutes is a sweet spot for trance.

How it is going after a week?

Hey, regarding this, I've failed terribly, won't use life as my excuse. Despite being imbalances here and there discipline should still be instilled, also I thought my life will keep going at the same slow-ish pace and I could do it easily. But so much happened during this time, both materially and mentally.

I'd like to apologize for proposing this but not doing it all the way in, both to the community and myself.

Now I'm practicing it at a normal 20-30 minutes pace, having studied Yoga Nidra beforehand which really helped me understand more, now it's only practice that must be done.
