Traditional or "Actual" Astrological dates?

Hello!I couldn't get the chronos program to download for the sun squares and I was just wondering if I could use either of the dates listed at this link?http://dionysia.org/astrology/sun-signs.html

The best and more acurate tool you can use is chronos xp. Although if you can not download it you can always use the "traditional" way. The link below can be used as a guide, but keep in mind that you can not be as exact as you would be with chronos xp. There are some variables that you have to consider, such as the sunrise time (e.g.6:38).

This can be used on a mobile device if you are on the go. This is accurate and it lists many locations.
