Is Thoughtform creation bound by the same guidelines as performing magick? such as choosing a moon phase, day, or planetary hour that aligns with the thoughtform's purpose?

Also make sure to track the moon using this website which requires your personal location, if you start your working on a void of course moon then it's useless.

There is also a lunar calendar to track the moon's daily movements with. You can trust this websites accuracy after you put your personal location into it for accurate results. I have tested this for about a year now and it is brilliant.
