I read about people being told to empower their third eye... how do I go about this? I can see a little with my third eye but not so much. What rune do I use? Or what phrase do I vibrate?

It's just like strengthening leg muscles without ever trying to ride a bike will never enable one to ride a bike. Though, I empathize with a lot of people here. Sometimes it feels hectic trying to gain a sense that you haven't been using your life. It feels like walking in baby steps one step forward and two steps back. It can be frustrating, yet frustration is negative for meditation because the point is to relax. So a shift in mindset is necessary, and to be patient and to enjoy the process.

Extremely true. But when i opened my third eye i was able to see people's aura a bit. But i wasn't able to see the whole aura and the colours, just energy with no color. Exercise is needed to improve the astral sight.

I have a question. I was looking through the runes page (here: https://joyofsatan.org/www.angelfire.com/empire/serpentis666/Odin.html ) and through the pronunciations (Runic Kabalah Audio CD) and I can't find the first rune (Thuar) but I found the other two.

Is it the same as Thurisaz? Thanks so much for any info! I'm working hard to empower my third eye with visualization exercises and I think this will help, with some purifying/cleaning beforehand of course.

Same here, I don't see very clear, as if a fog is in the way. I believe this is due to me not achieving any light.. I don't go out much :lol: I don't focus on obtaining vision though, just on being using void meditation. I am. I would think that would distract me if anything.. maybe not.. but it's not my focus at all! Light is important and the sun for the third eye though.
