When I do the third eye opening practice, I don't feel anything. What could be the reason for this? Thank you so much in advance.

It could be that you're just not open enough to feel energy yet. Everyone is on a different level. Just keep following the opening meditations, and stick to a basic program (aura cleaning, chakra spinning, void meditation) and you will eventually feel it

Yoga and breathing exercises will also help in this a lot. Sun & Moon breath is good to start, and you should be able to find a PDF in Thoth’s Library with a basic kundalini and hatha yoga routine to follow

I've been practicing with the third eye for about a year now. At first, I didn't feel anything, but I realized I was missing a mind-body connection. Sometimes we intellectualize things so much that we don't allow ourselves to feel them.

Another point to keep in mind is that this is achieved over time, depending on how long you've been practicing. When working with energy, the most important thing is to feel. Your body is the vehicle to empower anything in your soul; it's the earth element. Keep this in mind; you shouldn't force it either; just relax and feel.

What happens to me is that when I visualize, I stop feeling, but when I focus on feeling, this visualization connects with it, achieving greater power.

Do pranayamas; this will allow you to connect your body and mind. Breathe into your third eye; start small and gradually increase your breaths. Over time, you'll feel them, as pranayamas alone have countless benefits, including optimal connection and calming the nervous system.

You need to keep practicing and you'll eventually.
Make sure to do good vibrations, you can do practice vibrations as much as you want, try to feel it in the area.
Cleaning the chakras is very important, that's what will open them completely. This is just an initial activation. Once you are done with the opening the chakras meditation, do cleaning on them and meditate on them daily.

Feeling the chakras (and implicitly the third eye) are very discreet feelings and very different to physical or "solid" feelings (if you touch your hand for example etc). You need to be relaxed enough and part of feeling a chakra is that you "create" so to say this feeling yourself by moving your attention and your vibration or breathing (depends what exercise you do) onto the specific area of the body where the chakra is located. If you have indeed stimulated a said chakra by meditation, you will be able to tell right away because that sensation will persist after you finish the meditation.

Also if this helps, the third eye and any other senses don't "open right away". They need to be developed and practiced on permanently. It is a gradual process, the results are also gradual.

Thank you so much for the informations 😊
