"EGYPTIAN MER KA BA PYRAMID MEDITATION
(Special Thanks to Thoth and Azazel who both worked with me to CORRECT and revise the Meditation)*Note:
I have made further revisions to this meditation. Azazel has been working with me one on one to perfect it. There was only so much information he could give me at one time when I first wrote these instructions. The revisions are highlighted in white text below. 8/24/03
This meditation is a correction I received directly from Thoth and Azazel. What this meditation can do is take your energy field to a much higher vibration. Once this meditation has begun, it should continue to be done every day. The spinning fields will soon take on their own and it will not have to be practised every single day. It was taken from the incomplete "Mer Ka Ba." The Mer Ka Ba was given to a RHP new age enthusiast by angels. Thoth needed the meditation and because he is a Demon, could not get it from the angels. He succeeded in obtaining the meditation from this man after much interaction, psychic exchange and having to provide this individual with both astral and material world adventures and plenty of what he wanted to hear. (Thoth is the great trickster).
Thoth brought me to this meditation and Azazel (his close friend and Brother in Satan; both of Ancient Egypt) corrected it for me. The angels gave it to the above man incomplete. Through all of his psychic experiences and writings of ancient Egypt, he could not see that Thoth is indeed a Demon and the three sided "star tetrahedrons" should be as pyramids.
I am happy to say, I was able, as a human being, to give something of value to Thoth and his Wife Seshat. His gift to me was the truth regarding this powerful and healing meditation. He is the busiest and one of the most charismatic and friendly of the Demons. He is also the True Father of Medicine and healing.
If one researches the Mer Ka Ba as given by the angels and charged plenty of money to learn, one can see the incompleteness and all of the so well known new age "warnings" against this and that; ad nauseum. There are a few precautions. Azazel came to me today and told me it is his will that this meditation be made available to our people on this website.
The Meditation
The meditation is given in 17 breaths. *REVISION: 18 breaths makes it complete- see below. I fully illustrated it because it seems complicated at first, but after it is done 2-3 times becomes much easier.
To begin, you must visualize yourself within 2 pyramids, both electric blue in color. *REVISION: The color can be any color you want or feel at the time. You will find with practice, you will see colors that often match your present mood during the meditation. You must visualize yourself INSIDE. For one pyramid, you will be sitting in the middle of a diamond, the other will be square. (See "Top View") This is as if someone is looking down from above on the person doing the meditation. It doesn't really matter which pyramid is faced wich way- either top or bottom as long as one is diamond facing and the other is faced square. Go by your own feelings. *REVISION: This does not matter- the pyramids can mirror each other.
For the breathing, for each of the 18 breaths, breath in for a count of 7, hold for a count of 7 and exhale for a count of 7. Keep it rhythmatic. When breathing in, push out your abdomen and raise your shoulders as in a full yogic breath. When exhaling, lower your shoulders and contract your abdomen to completely and fully exhale. *REVISION: On the inhale, apply the moola bandha (contract your asshole) do not apply the chin lock with this unless you retain your breath. If pressed for time, you do not have to hold your breath, just breath in and out deeply and rhythmatically. If holding your breath, keep the contraction of the moola bandha while holding and relax when exhaling.
Your hands and fingers should be in a "yogic mudra," relaxed and resting openly on your knees.
You will change your fingers on each breath to touch your thumb. The index first (as in illustration), then middle, ring and little- just follow along. The mudras act to complete a bio-electrical circuit within the body, each one being a seperate pathway. Beginning the meditation:
Please read through the entire meditation several times to familiarize yourself with it. (A summary of steps will be given below)1st breath:1st mudra- thumbs touching index fingers. Inhale to the count of 7; *apply the moola bandha hold for 7. Picture a flat top, like a table on the top of your bottom pyramid. When you exhale, the table will descend and push out all negative energy from your aura. It will do this in a flash and get smaller and smaller to conform with the tapering pyramid. Exhale for 7, see the table quickly descending, pushing all negative energy from your body in an instant. The negative energy is being expelled through the tapered base of the pyramid. The negative energy is dark in color and is now gone from your body. Fill both your pyramids with a brilliant white light.
2nd breathNow, touch your thumbs to your middle fingers, relax the rest of your fingers, palms facing up. Breath in for a count of 7. *apply the moola bandha Hold your breath for 7, exhale for a count of 7. Continue to fill the pyramids with bright intense and powerful energy.
3rd breathNow, touch your thumbs to your ring fingers, relax the rest of your fingers, palms facing up. Breath in for a count of 7. *apply the moola bandha Hold your breath for 7, exhale for a count of 7. Continue to fill the pyramids with bright intense and powerful energy.
4th breathNow, touch your thumbs to your little fingers, relax the rest of your fingers, palms facing up. Breath in for a count of 7. *apply the moola bandha Hold your breath for 7, exhale for a count of 7. Continue to fill the pyramids with bright intense and powerful energy.
5th breathNow, touch your thumbs to your index (first) fingers again, relax the rest of your fingers, palms facing up. Breath in for a count of 7. *apply the moola bandha Hold your breath for 7, exhale for a count of 7. Continue to fill the pyramids with bright intense and powerful energy.
6th breathNow, touch your thumbs to your middle fingers again, relax the rest of your fingers, palms facing up. Breath in for a count of 7. *apply the moola bandha Hold your breath for 7, exhale for a count of 7. Continue to fill the pyramids with bright intense and powerful energy.
7th breathNow, visualize your breathing tube at the center of the top of your head (crown chakra; it extends one hand length above this chakra) and ends at the base chakra located at the end of the tailbone; extending one hand length beyond. When you are standing, it extends one hand length beyond your feet. Your tube is as large around as the circle made when you touch your thumb to your middle finger and tapers to a small opening at each end. The tube is transparent like glass. Touch your thumbs to your middle fingers. Inhale for a count of 7 *applying the moola bandha with the next 10 breaths is optional.and visualize brilliant white light entering the tube from both ends at the same time to meet in the middle at your 3rd chakra. Hold for a count of 7. The light forms a sphere the size of a grapefruit, the sphere becomes brighter and grows with power and intensity. Exhale for 7.
From now on, with each and every breath throughout the meditation, you will visualize energy entering through both ends of the tube at the same time.
8th breathInhale for a count of 7, see the sphere growing in size until it reaches the base of your rib cage and the top of your pubic bone. Hold for 7. Exhale, see the sphere brighten in intensity.
9th breath
Inhale for a count of 7, the sphere continues to brighten and grow in concentrated power. Hold for 7, visualizing and feeling the brightness, intensity and power of the sphere. Exhale for 7, seeing the sphere grow brighter and brighter, stronger and stronger, more and more powerful.
10th breathInhale for a count of 7, the sphere is reaching maximum concentration, it ignites, changing color to a white/electric blue flame and turns into a brilliant shining gold like that of the Sun. Now round you lips to blow. Exhale and as you blow, visualize the sphere expanding to surround your entire body. The smaller sphere still remains, more concentrated and brighter than the larger one. (visualize yourself like you are blowing up the sphere).
11th breathInhale for 7, see and feel the energy entering your breathing tube at both ends and concentrating at your 3rd chakra and expanding out into the larger sphere. Hold again for 7. Exhale, the concentrated energy continues to expand into the larger sphere making it brighter and more powerful. At this step, you will more than likely see the sphere beginning to spin. It can spin either way. Visualize the spinning and go with the flow.
Breaths 12 and 13 are the same as 11.
(continue to spin the sphere).
14th breath For men, place your left palm on top of your right palm, both facing up. For women, place your right palm on top of your left, both facing up. At the beginning of your inhale, move the smaller sphere up to your 4th chakra (the larger sphere will move with it). REVISION: Azazel corrected me when doing this- he said to move the ball to the top of the head so it is sitting on top. You will still remain centered within the larger ball.Hold for 7, Exhale, feel the energy and see it continue to grow in brightness and intensity.
15th breathAs you inhale, say to yourself "EQUAL SPEED"The 2 pyramids will begin spinning in opposite directions. The top pyramid will spin counterclockwise; the bottom pyramid will spin clockwise. Round your mouth and blow as you did before, spinning and feeling the spin of your pyramids in opposite directions. They will be moving at 1/4 the speed of light*. You have just started your motor.
16th breathAs you inhale, say to yourself "1/2 the speed of light" Round your lips again and blow, the pyramids will increase their speed to 1/2 the speed of light. 17th BreathAs you inhale, apply the moolah bandha (contract your asshole) and say to yourself "3/4ths the speed of light" Round your lips again and blow, the pyramids will increase their speed to 3/4ths the speed of light. As they approach 3/4ths the speed of light, a flat disk located at the base of your spine is popping out and expanding to a distance of approximately 55 feet in diameter.
Visualize this like the sombrero Galaxy or in the shape of a flying saucer. Continue to blow out with force and feel the speed of the disk increase and stabilize.
18th BreathInhale, say to yourself "speed of light" and visualize your disk and the pyramids spinning so fast *(the speed of light is 186,000 miles per second) they give off intense white light and energy, hold and blow out. This will stablize the disk. It is strongly advisable to remain in meditation, meditating upon the energy for 5-15 minutes afterwards.
Summary:
Breaths-
#1. Fill pyramids with light, index fingers to thumbs; inhale, apply the moolah bandha hold and then upon the exhale, push out all negative energy through the base.
#2. Thumbs to middle fingers, keep building light and energy in the pyramids, inhale, apply the moolah bandha, hold, exhale.
#3. Thumbs to ring fingers, keep building light and energy in the pyramids, inhale, apply the moolah bandha, hold, exhale.
#4. Thumbs to little fingers, keep building light and energy in the pyramids, inhale, apply the moolah bandha, hold, exhale.
#5. Thumbs again to index fingers, keep building light and energy in the pyramids, inhale, apply the moolah bandha, hold, exhale.
#6. Thumbs to middle fingers, keep building light and energy in the pyramids, inhale, apply the moolah bandha, hold, exhale.
#7. Breath in through tube, forming sphere
#8. Inhale, sphere grows in brightness and intensity, hold, exhale, sphere expands to ribcage and top of pubic bone.
#9. Sphere grows brighter
#10. Inhale, sphere ignites, turns blue/white, then bright gold, hold, then blow into large sphere.
#11, 12 and 13- inhale, hold and continue to brighten sphere with light and power. Begin to spin the sphere which ever way- let your inner vision and mind be a guide.
#14. Move smaller sphere to rest on top of your head, (large sphere will move with it, but will be centered around you- you are in the center).
#15. Place right hand on top of left, palms facing up for women; left hand on top of right for men. Spin the pyramids- top one counter-clockwise, bottom- clockwise. As you inhale say to yourself in your mind- "equal speed." Hold, then blow out and say "1/4th the speed of light."
#16. Inhale, say "1/2 the speed of light, hold, and blow out, visualizing them speeding faster.
#17. Inhale, apply the moola bandha and say "3/4ths the speed of light, hold, blow out and pop the disk.
#18. Inhale, say "speed of light," hold, then blow out to stablize the disk.
