Presence is the key to achieving deep meditative states. Your body is the vehicle that allows you to access your consciousness, your essence.
Presence or being is very different from your thoughts and emotions. When you connect with your inner body, you open the door to your consciousness. You are more than your thoughts and emotions.
When you connect with that consciousness, there is peace and harmony. An immense love invades your body, and the joy of reaching it is indescribable. It is not a process of reasoning, but rather a process of acceptance and surrender to this state.
Doing your magical works or meditations from this state will greatly empower your being. In addition, every work or meditation will be imbued with emotions such as peace, love, harmony, tranquility, etc. From here, you access everything and feel so complete and free to create that describing this sensation would be limiting.
Connecting with your being allows you to connect with the different bodies we have: the physical, the emotional, and the astral. All at the same time from a place of presence, starting from your physical body and ending in the astral body, each one going through its own process without haste, without pressure, just accepting this and focusing on the now.
There are many books that talk about this, but not many tell you how to do it. Joe Dispenza and Eckhart Tolle give us several methods that I will categorize here; all of them have been put into practice by me, which is why I decided to write them down and share them here.
It is important to note that when you are so present, the light body will manifest properly in you without much effort. The light body is something that is given and should not be forced; the vehicle to get there is your physical body and your emotional body.
The light body, as its name suggests, is where you are purely energy, where you perceive and feel an excessively high energy, a very high vibration that can lead you to altered states of consciousness, all starting from something as simple as being in the present.
But putting it simply isn't appropriate. There is a disease that plagues us all as human beings, and that is mental noise, that endless chatter that sometimes seems indefinite and that little by little, so to speak, soils or hinders our presence. Where to start? Practicing conscious presence through pranayama, movement, dance, even music can bring you to the present. Go outdoors, breathe, feel the tree. Yes! Feel it, don't intellectualize it.
But look, this is the first step to achieving a mind-soul connection. However, if you're one of those with a pronounced Neptune in your chart, with imaginary tendencies and open eyes, plus a somewhat noisy Mercury, so to speak, then not only will this NOT have much effect, but it will frustrate you. In order to reach a state of presence, you will need to practice several power meditations.
1. The King and Queen Meditation
2. Meditate on your clairvoyant points.
The first point would be the union of the masculine and feminine; this union can manifest differently in each person. The second meditation, when you do it for a prolonged period, you will notice that your Sacral and Crown chakras literally unite. This is the union of earth and sky. This will allow for greater mental clarity and greater expanded consciousness. Once you achieve this union, you should ask your GD or the Gods for guidance. The Goddess Astarte helps with clairvoyance, and with this union, I've been working with her properly for four years now, so I can confidently say that she will guide you in this at an exponential level.
The union of the Sacral and Crown will allow you to keep your feet on the ground. This was one of the first effects I noticed, and it will surely encourage you to do more physical things.
Something to keep in mind is that if you are one of those with a lot of air in your chart, you may be a person who lives in the air. Believe me, I understand; that's how I was. But with the above, I was able to properly ground myself and become more aware of the physical aspect as such. Before, in my meditations, I would intellectualize everything, typical of air, but with the above and an active and conscious power meditation practice, I was able to truly access my emotional body properly and from there move on to the other bodies, all from a conscious presence.
Another point to keep in mind is that Air can make you somewhat unstable when making decisions. You can fluctuate between yes and no every day. I was able to counteract this bad habit—because sometimes it is a bad habit—with my AOP and Cleansing. How?
There's a part of Joe Dispenza's book that talks about uniting intention with emotion. I wanted to cultivate, so to speak, determination, confidence, and resolve. So, when I finished visualizing, I simply felt that emotion—yes! Yes! I felt it with my whole being. Everyone feels it differently. At first, you may not feel anything, but as I said, it's something you cultivate. Over time, the emotion will feel so strong that you'll maintain that state of being with you all day.
This emotion became associated with AOP and cleansing, so many times when I go to clean, the emotion comes out on its own… Cultivating, for example, confidence, and from there, it expands, feeling new things and emerging things to clean. I know it may sound a little confusing, but you should practice this for yourself so you can understand what I'm saying.
For some, movement is a means to relax and meditate. In my case, I always go to a park to meditate. I know the hours when it's less crowded. In that park, I walk and meditate, visualizing with my eyes open. This method of movement allows me to relax, and being in nature calms my nervous system. I combine a whole movement class with pranayama. Dance has become my favorite method of meditation, as it generates energy and also functions as a method of communication with the Gods. Both dance and music help with all kinds of things. It can also be used as a method of divination. This path is so unique and individual, which is what makes the meaning and difference. Each person sets their own pace in this, but the most important thing is to move forward.
Every time I perform the rituals of the Gods, they are performed with dance and music. You can't imagine how much I've enjoyed communicating with them in this way, always with an intention of respect. They always look at the intention with which you do it. I take all of this seriously, so dance and music have been the means by which I have advanced and will continue to advance accordingly.
CONNECTING WITH THE INNER BODY
Direct your attention to the body from within, feel it. Feel your hands, your feet, your neck, your eyes, your nose, everything from the inside.
Focus on the sensations of your inner body for a few minutes. Feel them, and gradually increase their intensity. This will allow you to connect with your inner body little by little. Everything takes time. If at first you don't feel anything, don't worry; practice is the key; be patient.
Dance is another method for connecting with your inner body. Feel each movement from within, feel it with your whole body. Just direct your attention to the internal level.
Reading from the inner body, yes! It may sound strange, but when you read, feel the reading from within. I know it may be difficult at first, but with practice, it will be possible to achieve it.
The idea of all these exercises is to be able to access your inner body properly.
WHEN YOU FEEL LIKE YOU CAN'T CALM THE MENTAL NOISE
• Do pranayama, focus on your breathing. Feel the entire pranayama with your body; don't intellectualize or create a mental image; don't label it, just focus on feeling.
• Go outdoors, feel everything around you: the air, the sounds of the birds; use your five senses.
• Associate a symbol or mudra with the action. For example, choose a yogic mudra that feels comfortable to you and allows you to be in the present. When you associate this action with an intention, the more you practice it, the more you will be able to be in that state. Ultimately, it will become very automatic because it will be engraved in your soul.

I am immensely grateful to Goddess Astarte and Lord Zeus for their guidance throughout all of this. Both have been the pillars of my growth and have guided me through physical means to achieve proper knowledge.
I love you both immensely. This is in honor of you.
