The Astral Realm

How many of you have been into the astral?
What have you seen there?
What makes you sure it wasnt a lucid dream?

I've been into the astral realms twice.. TWICE in over 10 years.
Everytime a technique worked for me, it never worked again.
This had me thinking what if there was a special situation that allows it to work easily? Because both times I succeeded it was VERY EASY, then not to work ever again. People say you have to eat light but other than that?
Have any of you found the "special spot" that makes it succeeds?

There is a pdf version of "Journeys out of the Body" by Monroe, in the Files section of the JoS Yahoo groups. If you can get a copy of "Astral Dynamics" by Robert Bruce, this is an excellent book to teach you about astral travel.

That's an awesome site, I get some of my reading material there too. I sometimes go onto Google Books and get excerpts of books, old articles from old magazines, etc.
lol, upon reading your post, I am urged (again, for the umpteenth time this week...like, EVERYDAY, Demons are telling me to get my butt on the astral. It's TIME!)because I have been putting it off for too long. So now I will get on the astral. :3
I have the book too, the most recent edition. I hear good things about it.Thank you for sharing the link.
