I opened this thread to inquire if there are any native speakers of Swedish and Korean that would be interested to join general translation plus other projects going on as there has been a foundation laid down but to my knowledge the translators that were once active on those languages haven't been active anymore in a long time.

Also generally any native speaker that is interested to do translations for JoS can message or email me to discuss more

Hi I wish I could help somehow with Korean too but I am far for from fluently speaking Korean.

There was a girl, Ji Won, maybe some of you remember. She started to translate the JoS material. Her blog is still up:

But it turned out she was weird a bit. In her videos she seemed to behave weirdly. She was influenced by christianity and new age in a level ...She also made some posts here years ago and she was corrected by some members if I remember well. She didn't understand and didn't like it. Then later suddenly she made a last post on her blog, where she stated she stopped "believing" in JoS so she quits...

I truly hope there will be a native Korean SS soon who can help. Unfortunately in Korea too many people are extremely brainwashed by either christianity (and its various Korean sects) or by materialism and they became quite antispiritual. :(

I've been living in Sweden for about 9 years now and can speak and understand the language, not so much as native speaker but I have knowledge.

I am currently working on croatian translations but if needed I can help a bit with swedish if there is someone who will organise translations.
But I would love to at least finish with croatian translations and then move on to swedish.

I'm not a native speaker of either, but if I can assist using DeepL, please let me know.

Greetings, thank you for your interest however based on previous experiences, there were translators saying that in many cases is easier for them to translate straight from English into their languages than having to proofread translations made even with Deepl. This would be in particular very true if translations were done this way from English to Korean as I suspect translations will end up quite bad with a lot of mistakes due to English and Korean being completely different and unrelated languages. It might be a little better with Swedish however there are chances a native translator could join later on and find out that it is easier for them to just translate directly themselves so I would think it is better worth to wait for a native member to join than potentially risking to waste time on translations that may end up not being proofread because of the bad quality of automated translator.
