Stuck in a jam, what meditations to recommend

It's a long story... But I'm kinda in a jam right now and not seeing any solutions to the kind of tough situation life put me in... What do you recommend to change it? Teloc vovim says kundalini or Hatha yoga. Maybe you have something that works for you?

Depends on the situation.

Workings like Squares, or Runes. When you have buzz state positive affirmations.

Scheduling, if this is a time consuming project. Setting yourself some goals, or what you need to work on.

Talking it out with Father Satan, maybe asking for some help.
