I also I need something to help me feel less desire to talk shit about jews in public. I am obsessed with wanting to talk about it and it takes literally my entire willpower to not open my mouth and it's very exhausting. What kinda magickal work can I do to make this easier?

I can't give you advice sadly because whenever I get a chance I always talk shit about them in public even talked shit about some of them face to face just like you said it's like an allergic reaction but at least I can give this advice If the place you're about to talk shit about them is dangerous for you to even try just imagine you're in a place without them and try to stay calm eventually you will get better at this.

As others said, the words are generally wasted in the case where the individual is not actually receptive or if it would actually endanger you. However, my advice would be to pick a tangential topic. For example, instead of the enemy, turn your focus to the political topic at hand and focus on the concept itself. Speak broadly about acts of corruption or associated character traits without naming names, and so on. This can give an outlet for the rant.

Regarding your other question, solar energy is associated with competency, achievement/creation of value, vitality, and similar themes. This is part of the fire element and therefore I wouldn't chose it for blocking or altering this problem. Instead, you could use Ansuz or Isa, programmed in safe ways such that your self-expression is maintained and actually improved, but you can avoid these problematic expressions.

Thank you for the advice. My current solution is to just become "aware" of the presence of the physical energy/existence of my "thought" and force it to "dissipate". It's sort of like void meditation I guess. It's working for me, but I am forced to interact with jew's A LOT so I might take an extra precaution and do the working you suggested just in case I slip-up.

Is this a good affirmation?: "I am totally in control of my verbal expressions and remarks against the Jewish race".
And then I visualise the words "kike", "jew", etc. (lolol) as physical objects imprisoned behind my teeth with them evaporating.

Analyze yourself, why do you want to speak about them? Do you feel it's gonna have a positive output? Is there a specific end that your mind is after?
