I take the benzo the same way i took it when i had the fatigue, 1-0-1. And the fatigue is gone. I am still observing how things will be till moon in leo and virgo. I know the T5R helped but didn't fully fixed the tiredness, acupressure too. So the benzo could be creating lack of motivation but from what I've seen till now is that the fatigue wasn't because of the benzo but because of the anti-psihotic.
Oh ok. I am glad you were able to figure this out. Sometimes these things can get complicated, but with continued perseverance, the solution becomes clear. Some people get frustrated and give up, which is understandable, but also sad.
I am assuming this change in the anti-psychotic doesn't alter your schizophrenia symptoms? Speaking of that, do you still experience any symptoms of that currently? What about when you reduced the anti-psychotic drastically (or was that just the benzo?). I am just curious because I wonder if it still affects you or not. It may be fixed or significantly reduced by now.
Yeah, my concern initially was that the T5R could only do so much. It is easier to remove issues rather than try to just add more and more stuff to fix it.
Anyway, this is good news. It sounds like things are getting better!
