Strange question about the crown Chakra

a very strange question regarding the crown chakra, here I will explain everything to you, for a few years I have had problems with headaches at the top of my head, but I also have the strange feeling that I feel dizzy when I leave my hair (long) down, I also have problems with depression, in fact I have like several times a day to varying degrees a kind of dark gray cloud, dark above my head and I have to recite a song to make it disappear, but here I also noticed that not long ago I went to get a haircut, a light layering and I had noticed, before my hair grew back that it had relieved my headaches and this cloud, the purpose of my question is to know if a kind of crown of lithotherapy stones would help me protect this chakra by wearing it there, and do you have a specific stone to recommend to me? I also thought about making a sort of mohawk fixed upwards by cutting this part of my hair, do you think that this is necessary and that it could raise my energies?
