Strange feeling in lower area after doing F.C.M

Hello,
I've finished the initial opening Meditations for my 7 chakras and went onto doing the Full Chakra Meditation. Doing my best to combine efforts from 'Tuning them' spinning the chakra I'm working on' 'visualizing' and feeling the chakras with 5 minute meditation on each one.

Anyway I had started from Crown to Solar Chakra, looked at most of the information regarding F.C.M too late so I didn't include Sacral and Base in the meditation session. But when I had finished the session ending at the Solar Chakra I had this weird feeling in my lower area, it's hard for me to describe accurately. It was similar to the energy I had felt when I did the Sun Square the first time and I had this "pulling sensation" like something pulling me down or a sinking feeling.

I apologize for not making much sense with describing the feeling, but it's the best I can describe it.

Congratulations, you have successfully stimulated and activated a chakra. Keep on going, and don't forget the 1st and 2nd chakras.

Wait, really? What chakra could possibly give off that sensation. It was a very uncomfortable feeling when it happened, but if it's a good thing then I will keep doing it and be sure to include my 1st and 2nd chakras

Additional questions:
F.C.M stimulates the chakras but other mantras(sanskrit, planetary, runic, bijin, necromicon), breathing energy into them or spinning them empowers them. I guess I could use Raum Meditation with an affirmation directed towards to empowering the chakras?

And Cleaning the chakras, whether it's with visualization, workings or vibrating a mantra a number of times on days when I can such as the weekends aid empowerment even further?

If the sensation is emanating from your base chakra/perineum area, then it could be Kundalini activity, however I am not sure on the relationship of your solar chakra to this. I would be more interested in the state of the chakras pertaining to that area, and how stimulation of them changes this feeling.

Regardless, if you are balancing and cleaning yourself, nor have any health problems in that area, I don't see any major cause for concern.

It is a bit worrying if it indicates Kundalini activity, I don't want it to ascend when my chakras are nowhere near ready. I'm not saying it will but it raises bit of an alarm if it is Kundalini activity.

I am balancing myself with alternate nostril breathing, doing my best with cleaning and I don't have any health issues in that area. Overall I'm doing my best but looking at my natal chart did suggest I have a dislike for routine and I tend to take on too much which makes a lot of sense. While I am cleaning and doing physical exercises such as Hatha Yoga those 2 of all are definitely what I slack off the most and need to work on more than the others.

I will list my routine, not really needed but it could give you and others who read this an idea of what it might look like

[Morning Meditations/Exercises]
Aura Cleaning, Aura of Protection, Void Meditation (3 - 5 minutes), Chakra Spinning, 8 rounds of Yogic Breathing and Surya Kriya Kundalini Yoga

-8.5 hours of work-

[Late Afternoon - Night time Mediations/Workings]
F.C.M, Munka Working [10 days remaining], Hatha Yoga and Cleaning (Surya x7 in all 7 chakras), AC, AOP and VM (3-5 minutes)

As I said, I slack off most in Hatha Yoga and Cleaning which I need to work on more I want to add the Raum Meditation with an affirmation either elevating my energy levels or empowering my chakras (not too sure about this one)

Stimulate, empower, that is simply a matter of semantics. You work on them, and then the work upon them empowers them. Choose your methods wisely keeping in mind what fits your current situation. Cleaning can be said to be a form of empowerment, yes, because a cleaner chakra is more vibrant and functions better than a dirty one. I would clean the chakras daily. Even a short amount of time, five to ten minutes does help. You can also work on chakra pairs per day. Like 6th and 3rd on Mondays and Sundays, for example.

You are activating your lower chakras well in addition to the other chakras.

The purification of the major chakras is essential, you must give more importance to purification rather than strengthening, a clean chakra is healthy and is more vibrant, it opens faster and better, it is much more sensitive to the vibrations of mantras and runes in a safer way .

You can use solar mantras such as Raum, Surya, rune Sauil(Sowilo) to ensure success by using numbers for the vibration of these Sun-based mantras: 10, 36 100, 111.

You can also use the Uruz rune on your soul and your chakras to help your training with basic energy meditation to absorb Solar energy, the most important thing is to feel the energy and your chakras.

It is important to remember that each advancement in the opening of the chakras and the soul is accelerated with the passage of time while doing meditation, each step is multiplied and the quantity of energy and its quality increases.

I started using Surya into my chakras for cleaning, only starting with 4 as of now and slowly building myself up.
If using Uruz on either my soul or chakras to help with training with basic energy. Would that improve my tolerance to energy over time? what type of affirmation would you recommend using with it?

Thank you, I'm using SURYA x4 into all 7 chakras with the affirmation "in a safe and positive way this energy has permanently cleaned and purified my chakras of all dross and negative energy + doing morning and night Aura Cleaning too. I'm gonna do the chakra pairs per day, so far my schedule for working on the chakras would be like this

Solar + Sixth: Sunday and Monday
Sacral + Heart: Tueday and Wednesday
Crown + Throat: Thursday and Friday
Base: Satuday

However I'm not sure if only doing Base on saturday is good since it'll only be once per week work on it, but I'm assuming if I'm combining it with Chakra Spinning and cleaning it would count as work pretty much every day on all the chakras including Base.

But if one of the lower chakras was activated and stimulated it would be the Solar Chakra cause I didn't work with Sacral and Base at the time. I would like to be capable enough in handling energy where I can do a full Sun Square without being overwhelmed, I am unsure how I would go about doing that. I'm assuming cleaning the solar chakra, empowering it with mantras/runes and slowly building up tolerance going from x4 to x100 full focused vibrating reps of RAUM or even SOWILO. Maybe doing Raum Meditation with an affirmation directing to empowering my solar chakra or even all chakras?

Chakra pairs are as follows:

1st + 7th
2nd + 5th
3rd + 6th
4th is a connector

And by doing the above every weekday you at minimum get twice per chakra each week, excluding the 4th chakra (which can be doubled every Wednesday). You can also add on top of the above method as you will.

Based on the description, it was indeed the 3rd chakra.

You have the right idea about the gradual increase of stimuli. There are also other means for the same goal, such as pranayama and asanas.

I apologize for not making much sense with describing the feeling, but it's the best I can describe it.

Are you a woman of childbearing age who has had children before?

Do you have any loss of appetite or diarrhoea?

I see, this makes more sense basically working with both male and female chakras twice per week with the heart chakra either been done twice on Wednesday or doubling the reps from 4 - 8.
Now the chakra pairs is
Base + Crown = Thursday + Saturday
Sacral + Throat = Tuesday + Friday
Solar + Sixth = Sunday + Monday
Heart = Wednesday x2 or 8 reps instead of 4

Based on the description, it was indeed the 3rd chakra.

Awesome, thank you so much.

I am a man, but yes I do have a loss of appetite. In fact I have barely any appetite at all, I don't believe focusing on chakra work such as empowerment would be the best course of action since I'm beset by a few issues (one which I am working on) that is holding me back at least health wise. Which is noted when looking at my natal chart but I don't wanna share anymore information about it cause I don't know what's too revealing and what's not.

I think you simple made yourself off balance.

Given that you have been here for over 2 years and did not open your chakras until just now, yet you previously did a sun square which should not be done until after all chakras are open, further indicates you made yourself off balance. You said you didn't even read the FCM instructions properly and did not include the bottom chakras; when you spin only most or some chakras but not all, this causes the sensation you described.

Your chakras will stabilize soon. Spin all chakras, keep everything balanced.

I have completed the "Opening Chakra Meditations" a few times, but I never stuck with my advancement either due to laziness, lack of motivation or I would face other problems. This is the furthers I've gotten in terms of working with my chakras which I'm not even happy about cause I would've been much further in my advancement had it not been for the mistakes I would make and I would just give up.

I did read the information even for the lower chakras too, but I left it too late cause I was already in the middle of doing the meditations not to mention the breathing exercise for the Base Chakra at the time confused me but it was all cleared up once I had researched about it and found a response from yourself explaining it. The Kumbhaka Lunar Breath was very hard to work with, since I can only breathe in for a total count of 4 seconds to which I can't inhale anymore. So it always felt like I was stressing myself just to do that exercise, but I apologize I am going on a tangent and talking unnecessary things.

But yes I believe I am off balance as you had stated, I do spin my chakras especially in the mornings and whenever I do one of the chakra meditations I make sure to both spin it during the vibration of the assigned mantra or when I'm meditating on it for 5 minutes.

Yes it was a big mistake on my part to do the Sun Square even after the warnings that it wasn't for new people and that the chakras should be opened I didn't think much of it. I had made a considerable amount of progress during that time then I let myself down for well over a year and I'm back into meditation again.

Once again I apologize for the long post, I find it hard to explain in a short summary when replying.

It's possible this is a physical issue, namely Spleen Qi sinking - I won't go into it in detail here as I understand there's some unpleasantness in this syndrome but I would invite you to check the pinned post in the Health group for Chinese Medicine consultations - I believe there may be a simple remedy for this in the area of Chinese Herbs.
