Still need some help :S

Hy guys!
Any of you can tell me why do i don't feel anyting when i try to open my chakras? i concentrate on them, do everything as on the site, but no effect,not even tingling how many times do i have to perform them to take effect?

Pete, this takes time and it is an individual matter for anyone. Some may feel it almost instantly, others may have to work upon it real hard BUT eventually those who preserver WILL succeed.

I have been working VERY long (about 1,5 year) to open my 3rd eye. And I did it! Patience and perseverance.
