Still Can't Get In A Trance

Good Evening,

I have asked about this before but the issue still hasn't fixed and it hinders me from actually making progress. Every time I attempt to get into a trance state, especially when I finally get close to being fully relaxed, there's horrible feeling like I'm being squished or stuck in a small space and it's suffocating. It feels like something is coiled around me and it makes me start involuntarily jolt and put me right back to the beginning. Is there anything I can do, any advice would really help me out?
