Many people are going to tell you that drugs are bad, and they are, whenever you become addicted to ANYTHING, including sugar, tobacco, caffeine, t.v, porn, etc. It is going to take time away from you when you could be doing things that are going to help you advance.
That said, using drugs during appropriate times is not going to have any harsh outcome. Notice I say appropriate, this means in a comfortable environment when obtaining them isn't an issue and you have no prior responsibilities.
Program it into your aura to not let yourself have a dependence, and no one will notice you using the drug of choice that you do not wish to. Father Satan will not punish you for doing this, and meditations will not necessarily be adversely affected. I am speaking from PERSONAL EXPERIENCE, so maintaining a balance with ALL indulgences is POSSIBLE.

My experience with pot: i wouldnt recommend smoking anymore than that. sometimes pot will make me think that im doing better with my meditation, but in reality im just stoned and thats it. do NOT make a habit of smoking often. if you smoke alot then you will more than likely have trouble quiting the mind. also everyone is affected in different ways. some people may notice a decrease in their power, or their motivation, etc. as long as I use it every now and then, im fine. i dont think smoking once will ruin everything. it'll just set you back a day. good luck. Greetings Family,
I thought this would be a good post in which to post my break through.I have been a recovering alcoholic and addict for 16+ years.I just had the most amazing experience that I have had thus far in my power meditations.Normally after opening my base chakra I sit still for a few,to feel the energy raise through my chakras.This morning while I was sitting there I got a taste of that euphoric feeling that those that have put enough time and effort into meditation experience.It was better then any drug,or high I have ever experienced.And believe me being 53 years old,I have done them all at one time or another.Just shows what kind of reward is waiting for all of us,if we are willing to put forth the effort.
