Spiritual Warfare vs. Meditation?

I have struggled with the completion of my daily meditation and advancement.

I have decided because of this, that I should not use my energy to, for example, build an aura of protection around my loved ones.

Instead, I have invested my energy into spiritual warfare, I have even let my spiritual warfare take precedence over my meditations.

This I believe has worked to a certain extent, but how much should I actually be relying on this? If I was to place my meditations as a precedence, would it be more optimal, can spiritual energy be compared to a numerical value? If I spent a week in training, how much more powerful would my Warfare be?

I had heard once, that Satan does not care about those who do not fight. And so this has been my greatest and most important work, to fight against my enemy.

Offtopic Question: If living beings understand that the future exists, can we really say that this moment is all we have, or is it our future that is our reality? The moment is fleeting, and yet in a sense this moment is eternal.

You should strive for a balance between the two. The more you develop the stronger your warfare becomes. I am afraid we do not have excact measurements commonly available. Through extensive advancement, and Gods we can get better understanding.

As for helping loved ones. You can't be successful when you are struggling on yourself. So, first yourself, then others.

And yes, eternal now is pretty accurate statement.

There needs to be a balance. You may go for a specific month or period of forcing warfare, by desire, inspiration, but not to a complete idealized aim.

Meditation and advancement takes priority in this. Without advancement, warfare will be lessened, the power from warfare stems from the actual advancement.

While advancing, doing warfare, this way warfare will help your advancement in specific ways.

Protection for yourself and your family is also critically needed, ESPECIALLY when you do warfare. This might not appear important directly, but it is of extreme importance in all and every way.

It is also possible with a little meditation in time, to achieve high warfare and also high advancement, but with adding everyday little wins. Do not stress yourself on these, but have your satisfaction received from your sum of effort and time in the span of months and years. Having doing everyday without fail a RTR. Everyday protection etc. Write it down in a journal, count your RTRs your workings.

For example I'll be honest, since 30 days ago, I totalled 103 full RTRs. I might have a good day and do more, other days when I do the minimum as I had other business. What matters is your acquired discipline and the continuum momentum you push everyday.

You have to do the minimum daily and also do your required minimum advancement and build on that in time to your liking and possibilities.

A fully immersed advanced individual doing a simple RTR, will have made for a hundred RTRs of someone who does not advance.

You can't think of the two independently of each other.
Spiritual warfare sometimes gives you more motivation, provides you a more comfortable working environment to continue the meditations.
