Spiritual Purifying Barrier

Sit down, cross your legs, if anything put your head down (staring
near your lap) Now picture a barrier around yourself, it's like a
electrical static field, see your energy connected from your body to
the shield like mini electrical bolts and invision many of them. Now
see yourself inside of this electrical field, it acts as a barrier,
what it does is it not only keeps negative energies out while your
meditating and keeps distractions away, it also purifies any energy
that comes in you (that you direct into yourself of course). You can
mix this with any meditation, my _______ meditation would be best as
an example becuase you have to surround and bring alot of energy into
you. It's a more advanced technique but even with beginners can work
to some extent.
