Something confused me...

I was re reading tha JOS site. In the runic section it states that :
1. Affirm your goal
2. Then raise the energies using runes

But in three steps of witchcraft in satanic witchcraft on meditation page it says:
1.Raise energies
2.Then direct energy using affirmation

I have been doing the later for everything. Raising energies then directing them using affirmations,not affirming it before raising energy,even with runes. Have i been using runes wrong? Which way u guys do it?

I think we can do it either way. We should find what works best for us. I have always thought it is better to raise the energies and then do the affirmation.

This is what kinda confused me.

State your goal first, so you are in the correct mindset and fully tuned into your working. This will also help prevent your mind from wandering.

Then, do the vibrations.

Then, state your affirmation for a fitting amount of times.

Finally, spend some time visualizing your goal, see/feel/etc it happening, like you have accomplished it and your working has succeeded.
