Some troubles with websites

I have problems with russian JoS websites like 12 hours. I also tried turn on VPN, but it`s has no effects. Most likely this is another attack of fucking Jews.
Can anyone advise what to do in such moments. I hope that my topic be normal, because I speak English not often.

Which kind off error message do you get? (Better always use VPN to connect to JOS sites)

Normaly inform the admin off the site if you get a 420 not reach error.

Which in case of JOS should be probably HP.Hoodedcobra666

Thanks for answer. Now websites working normally. It was a temporary problem and the administration eliminated it, as it arose for all users. I get error message like:"DNS Server Not Responding. This address has been temporarily moved or deleted".
I think about good VPN and will download Tor Browser.
