Sneak Peak of updated 6 month program(and my plans)

Hey there, I thought it would be a good idea to let you guys see a sneak peak of the "udated 6 month program" pdf I'm currently working on. This way, you can satiate your curiosity(if any) as well as know what to expect when it comes out in the next few days/weeks.

First of all, This is the title page. I included two qoutes from the Al-Jilwah which I felt drawn towards. These quotes express two points.

1. That you aren't alone, Satan is always here for us as long as you trust in him.

2. He who follows the path of Satan will have Joy, Delight, and Comfort.

Then we have the two intro pages. This is where I tell you some information I believe important.

Then, the final image I want to share with you is an example of the notes I plan to add throughout the 6 month program. I plan to use a bold "Artisan" followed by blue writing to indicate that it's me, that way people reading the PDF won't mistake something I said for the words of JoS.

As you can see, all information which is from the original 6 month program will be colored red. the only thing from the original 6 month which won't be colored read is the title at the beginning of each page, as you can see I colored those blue as it's a nice color pallette. Black, Red, and Blue are Satans colors after all

You can also see with links have names instead of urls, this is done with the hypercode insert feature, this way it is setup in the same way as the 40 day with the names being clickable links for the meditations.

Instead of just having the meditations filling the PDF(The pdf will contain the full meditations, don't worry), I also intend to include links to the meditation sources with disclaimers that people should check and see if the meditations have been updated since the incarnation of the PDF, that way, we never have to worry about the problem of people using outdated meditations again as they will be informed of the potential issue and make sure they check.

To clarify, each meditation in the PDF will have not only the full meditation for offline access, but also a link to the meditation on the JoyOfSatan page, along with a disclaimer to check if the meditations have been updated to prevent people using outdated meditations by mistake.

Anyways, that's kind of the plan for now, I'm working on it a few hours everyday, honestly, adding the notes is going to be the most time consuming part, so, what I plan to do is compile a version WITHOUT notes, just the 6 month updated, and then, work on the version which will have notes(should be done in time for yule).

So, look forward to the new updated 6 month program by the end of this month without any notes(May be longer as I plan to clear the PDF through a couple of advanced members here as well as the HP/s if they are available as the last thing I would ever want to do is hurt one of my fellow SS. I care a lot about you guys after all, we're all brothers and sisters here after all <3 :'D)

After the 6 month, I will probably look into more PDF creation. I believe making a 40 day companion would be a good option, basically, the companion would be all of the meditations from the JoS site in a pdf, that way someone can download the 40 day and the companion PDF and be able to do the 40 day completely offline.

After all, the only "problem" with the 40 day is that it's missing the 6th chakra opening between the 3rd eye and crown. There's no need to "update" the 40 day. It would definitely be worth it to create a companion PDF of all the meditations for offline purposes though. And as such, that's probably what I'll do next

Honestly, I'm having a lot of fun making this PDF, I thought it wasn't going to be fun or enjoyable but I feel such an emense amount of joy creating something which will help my family members.

Just a question, why not contact HPHoodedCobra and ask him if you can work on this?

If things like this are required to be updated, they will be updated in due time by members approved of by the Gods through HPHoodedCobra.

Let your intent be known that you wish to help update, expand and in general work for the JoS, and let the Gods guide you to doing this the appropriate way, rather than go make your own offshoots of things and your own stuff in some private personal capacity.

Not to mention, by common sense, the 6 month program needs to be updated, the 6 month program members have been directed to after the 40 day is 14 years old, it was written in 2007 and hasn't been updated since.

In regards to future projects, such as my idea of the the 40 day companion PDF or whatever. I'll definitely get permission. But, the 6 month program is something, I think we can all agree, is long overdue for an update.

Plus, I'm just updating it with information from JoS(I.E replacing the outdated chakra openings in the PDF with the updated ones.)

However, you are actually completely right, I did decide to "just do this" and not even ask for permission first.


Hp Hooded Cobra, would it be alright if I worked on doing this updated 6 month program as I wrote about my plans in this thread? I honestly just want to help out however I can and I remember how much of a huge pain in the ass it was to constantly switch from browser to mobile when trying to do the six month in the past.

Whatever is best I would be happy to do, I'd even be happy to give the project files to another SS if you feel there is someone else who would do a better job than me and wants to do it!

Like I said, I really just want to help however I can. I'm excited for the up-coming schedule! But, I want to help in not just spiritual but also physical if I can, like, more than just the RTRS.

If I had a choice on what it would be, I want whatever I'm doing to help someone somehow. Kind of like how the updated 6 month with directly make it easier for people to advance after the 40 day. Nothing brings me more joy than helping others, haha, I've let this be to my detriment before.

But anyways, I'm rambling.

Is this sanctioned editing, Hoodedcobra?

I would like to know, since I am doing the translations of both 40 day program, and 6 month program beginning now. I would also do on this one, if you are going to give okay on this.

Furthermore, I am asking about minor errors in 40 day program. What to do in regards them?

In 40 day program pdf, middle of page 4, the sentence is cut off:

IF SHORT ON TIME, CHOSE

Would you like to correct this, or should I leave it out of translation?

Since yahoo groups do not exist anymore, it is okay to instead refer to ancient forums, I presume?

I never said it was a bad idea to update this, but this is something that needs to be approved by HPHoodedCobra.

Maybe he sees this when he has time and wil answer here, or just send him an email and wait for his response.

There's also certain etiquette that needs to be followed when updating information.

For example, adding ones own name is not really that important, what matters most is that the information is perfect and in line with the Joy of Satan's view of things.

Good and beneficial personal contribution is absolutely recognized by the Gods and all of us here and you will get recognition that is deserved for doing work like this under approval.

Whether you are the right person for the job, etc, is something for HP HoodedCobra to decide as well, I'm not making a judgement on this.

It's not as simple as just one day jumping in on this impulsively, as all the info and pages have to be verified officially as works appropriate for the JoS.

Making a personal edit is just a personal thing, and until approved, it is not something that really benefits us, therefore, doing this officially right from the start is the right way to go about it so it all can be organized and approved and we keep the information aligned with the JoS perfectly, and so it doesn't overlap or clash with work that other people are doing (some things may be worked on by someone else already, therefore unsanctioned editing may result in overlapping efforts and wasted time, etc).

If everyone would go and make their own edits on our PDF's and pages, and make their own versions of them impulsively, even if the intentions are sound, it would create a complete mess and the JoS would be cluttered all over, rando's could do whatever they want and promote it as JoS approved even though it's nonsense, etc.

Therefore it's not appropriate to impulsively jump in on this, make a post that you are editing this for the benefit of all, without approval of HP HoodedCobra first.


Go through official channels if you want to help, and get started with this in the appropriate manner is what I meant with my reply.

Such help with things is obviously greatly appreciated when it is done the right way.

I really appreciate the time and effort you spent to explain things to me. You are completely right. About everything you said. And, honestly, I had that exact same thought about how including my name is pretty useless, in reality it only does two things.

One is "taking credit" which I actually don't care about at all.

But, the second and most important one is for the notes. See, I wanted to add notes to the PDF explaining things I thought were important to know and remember, clearing potential confusion and things like that, and, in the case someone read something I wrote in the notes that they are curious about, or, that they found is wrong, they can find me on the forums from my name and talk to me about it.

I will send HP an email.

Also, I have decided to pause editing until I get confirmation it is alright.
