Greetings!

Seems like all my posts are about either physical or mental health problems, just as this, but unlike the rest, this one is not for myself.

My mother got diagnosed with post menopausa osteoporosis(decresing bone density) this year. She only got the medicine for this now, since the first one would have an almost 100 percent loss if toughts and permanent jaw weakness. The one pills she got seems maybe effective, but since it makes hornonal changes, have side effects, and I am really worried. Even less than 1 percent chance, but it can cause emboli in limbs, or even in vital organs. There were even causes one got deadly stroke as a 'minor' side effect of it. But it seem to be the only option, she is desperate to prevent getting into wheelchair, or even worse. Sadly she already have pains around her hips and spine, when the bone density decreased a lot.

*Loss ot tooths. The first madicine would make her lose all her tooths

She needs a lot of nutritionally dense foods daily that contain calcium and magnesium and these perhaps supplemented as well.
Thats already in progress, this medicine is for healing the part of her spine and hip when it seriously decreased the bone density

The correct nutrition builds the same area without harmful side effects. The medicine, I am guessing, is growth hormone, right? That would help when the nutrition is in place.

Hello,

yeah many women develop osteoporosis after their menopause, because of the hormonal changes of the body.

tell her to take 10.000 IU of Vitamin D3, and also Supplement Vitamin K2.
She should also eat enough calcium, maybe 1L Kefir a day, or Milk. But Kefir is preference.

Give her Magnesium, but do some research as there are types that are being absorbed better than others, and are better for the body in general.

Vitamin C is also helpful.

Give her enough Omega3 fatty acids. Either tell her to eat fish regularly, maybe daily. This can be even canned fish, fatty fish.

Or she could just eat once a week a can of cod liver. It comes with its own oil. Don’t throw it away its pure omega3 - drink it the next day.

Tell her to move and workout.

Bones are an organ. When we are young it is full of life force, it’s full of pink spongey bonemarrow - pure stem cells. Pure life force.
This is an indication of healthy, strong bones, with lots of calcium, minerals and life force.

As people age their bones fatten - the bone marrow is being replaced by fat - yellow marrow.

As this happenes, the bones become fatty, and sick. Minerals leak from the bone, into the body where it doesn’t belong to.
The bones age, and become weak -> Osteoporosis.

After menopause, the body loses lots and lots of vital energy. Which leads to this osteoporosis.

If you work out, ur bones bend and strech. This is creating voltages (as bones are crystals) and this is sending the signal to the body to build bone mass.

So:
Vitamin D3 10.000 IU + Vitamin K2 (100 - 200 Micro grams) + Omega 3 + Protein + Magnesium! + exercise

you should also make sure her gut is kn a good shape and rebuild a healthy gut micro biome.

Check this Post out, I explain indepth how to reduce chronic inflammations by restoring gut health:

Try this: Do energy meditation, absorb white-gold or gold energy, and spread it over her aura. Do this lot of times. If she has holes in aura which is causing osteoporosis, the holes should be fix. Im not 100% if this will work, just try it.

Thank you my friend!

Sadly, life would be easy if things would go smootly, right? Remember, way back I mentioned my and my fathers stomach is so resistent could digest even an iron nail? Well, its only for that side, my mother always had a sensitive stomach and guts, she even have some minor lactose-problem, so for her, even drinking milk cause stomach or guts aching, not even kefir.

Vitamin C, D and omage is alredy on her tabke, wich is pretty fortunate. I can easily make her to also take magnesium and maybe protein. The bad new is, the doctor scared the shit out of her, thing like no exercise, or your spine might break, and so on. She used to do yoga, but her motivation is way back now, especially for the spine and hip now.

But most important, should I try to speak her out of taking that medicine? Even if its less than one percent chance of cusing emboli, I really, really afraid for her

Look into nanovibrations and vibration plates. Silicon is another important nutrient for the bones.

Boron is also required for bones. Calcium, magnesium, and boron. Most people do not have enough boron because I think it comes from eating animal's organs and most people don't eat that anymore. Get a supplement that has calcium, magnesium, zinc, and boron. You can get all of these together or they can be in seperate pills.

Men also need boron and zinc because these are used to create testosterone. All of the supplements intended to increase testosterone are containing boron and that is most of what is causing the effect. But because of testosterone, men have a much higher bone density than women. Women also require some small amount of testosterone when they are growing and when their bones are growing, and their bodies produce this.

When you take any zinc supplement, you need to eat and drink something. Do not take it with no food in your stomach or it will make you feel very sick. That is the same sickness that welders get when they weld galvanized metal and breathe the zinc fumes, and it is a reaction to having a lot of zinc in the blood. Having some food will make it absorb slower so it won't happen.

Yes, I think that will work. Thank you all. Guess I just make some working and programming ingo hdr aura that she is always free of any side effect of medicines, like stroke, emboli, etc.

Most of the vitamins are already at home, zink did some real wonders with me, the rest isnt that hard to gather

Medication and nutrition is not enough and less than half the battle. You body creates osteoblasts through pounding, weight bearing exercises, jogging, sprinting or speed walking with weights (a weighted backpack works better).

When astronaut experience significant bone loss from a lack of gravity they regain it quickly in this way. Osteoclasts signal the removing of calcium from the bones and deposit it in the blood which can harden the artery. Vitamin K2 and D3 can help to remove this and place it back into the bones, but not without the help of osteoblasts which your body signals the creation of through exercise.

It's best to get K2 and D3 from sunlight and foods like cheese, eggs, raw milk, and beef organs like liver. The raw milk is somewhat controversial, but I've tried it and unlike pasteurized milk I did not get any stomach issues at all and it tasted way better, cleaner, and alive. There are over 70 bioactive components in raw milk that get destroyed when boiled. You just need to make sure you are buying from a reputable source. Most issues from buying raw milk come from a lack of sanitation from the farm that sells it and not the raw milk itself. It is about 3x more expensive than regular milk which is the only drawback.
