Any infections are the result of pathogens of which the body is trying to clear, but environmental or lifestyle factors are hampering this process. I do not understand, why you take two different antibiotics at the same time, or did you mean first you tried one then the other one?

You should not take antibiotics without consulting a medical doctor first, as you are not one and definitely not specialised in ears. Even doctors go to other doctors for things that fall outside their area of expertise. That should tell you something as a layman.
