Short question because I'm doing yoga

I finished yesterday night my opening of the sixth chakra, with no bliss or other blatant signs, no worries, I'm not in a hurry for advancement, I've learned my lessons
The thing is, while performing the wheel in hatha yoga (as I understand that asana is for the solar Chakra) I get immediately pain in the center of my head, when I go out of the asana it goes away. Is this good or bad or I'm dying (haha joking) this happened yesterday and today

Someone with similar experiences please or yogadicts.

Usually with pain it's a sign of your body being stiff and closed off and or energy blockage somewhere. It could also mean it is where energy is heavily concentrated or traveling to and that it is a bit much. Try cleaning before yoga and see if that helps.

Shadowcat answered you, but I wanted to add that wheel pose opens all the front extensions of the chakras and nadis, which does increase energy flow between the chakras. If the pain persists then you might want to avoid that asana for a while, but if you feel fine after then you can continue, and the pain will lessen anyway.

After your hatha practice, when you feel the buzz, affirm that all your chakras and nadis are safely open and the energy flows freely and healthily for you. This should help.

Thank you sisters.
I do my Hatha 2 hours after cleaning usually.
As I am in the process of opening, I think it can be that, the accumulation and concentration of energy in the sixth Chakra, and as I have only cleansed it consistently for less than 2 months maybe energies are unable to express themselves in a higher way, more cleansing is the way I gess. I only got so far to the troath as I'm expecting some kind of signal that the chkra as been stimulated before moving forward.
I did 3 eye, then sixht, then crown, then troath, and as the results where so vague I started again, I did have results, but as I said, little results. I'm I doing right or should I keep going with each Chakra no matter what.

I include Ac, Aop, foundation, Pranayama, kundalini, Hatha, satanas, satanama, void, And also, very important I forgot to say, I started a working with berkano on 24th night
