If it's those expensive getaways for millionaires or most specifically middle class people who want to act like they're millionaires by wasting money on expensive things for the sake of looking rich and it's where they cry right afterwards then I think it's just weird stuff and mostly "mental" to mere pretending.

The idea seems plausible if someone that's like what Blitzkreig mentioned but I have doubts these people are legit or at least the majority.

Best way to go about things is thru practice of SS meditations and experiencing the results yourselves.

Then, you raise energy, whether a Mars Square or associated rune like Thurisaz, then direct it to improve it. This can look like it shining brighter, as it has become more advanced from this raised energy. This is a basic visualization.

Hi Blitz, I want to ask you something as well. If we direct energy in that certain part of the soul ruled by, let's say, a retrograde planet, for example Venus, wouldn't it empower the effects of the retrograde planet instead of diminishing the effects of the retrograde itself?

What I wanna ask is, I know not really related to the topic but I really feel like asking and I seen this as the perfect time, if I have a retrograde Saturn in the 12th house in my chart, which is also in a grand trine, how does it affect me? If it affects me negatively in the first part of my life, can I do that method mentioned by you above, probably combined with a square, to lessen the bad effects, or would it strengthen the bad effects?
