Let me start by saying that I am not an expert; but shouldn't it depend on what kind of psychological problem you actually have?
I don't believe, at least I personally doubt the fact, that there is only one answer that is good for any and every specific psychological problem you have...
For example, if your problem falls into the category of depression, low self-esteem, etc. I would advise you to use the WUNJO Rune:
If your problem falls under things like disturbing paranoia, excessive intrusive thoughts, obsessions, and for excesses of anger, etc. then it's better the ISA rune:
If your problem has to do with a lack of discipline and motivation to keep improving, the NAUTHIZ rune:
If you want to free yourself from some restriction that grips you and want to rebel against certain oppressions, in the past I have used the URUZ rune for these purposes:
If the psychological problem is about having long-term patience, the JERA rune:
And finally, if you are excessively inactive, the exact opposite of if you were restless, the extreme opposite, I would suggest trying the RAIDHO rune, but the latter is not a certainty, but just what I believe. Let's say it can be used if you want to make some effort and research, but you don't feel the psychological "strength" to do so:

Just be careful not to go too far to opposite extremes. For example, if you have low self-esteem, becoming egopathic is not the solution. If you have intrusive thoughts, blocking every sort of thought that comes to mind will only make you lobotomized. Or again, if you are not very active, becoming restless is not the solution as if you are not very constant in something, dedicating yourself exclusively to that thing with all your strength every day will only destroy you. So don't get too heavy, keep yourself in BALANCE:
Very last thing and then I'll stop writing, I promise, I think that since it is a psychological problem, you should proceed in small steps with your magical healing since you are literally acting on your brain, I would avoid doing too many repetitions of vibrations. I would prefer to opt for smaller numbers of repetitions, but continue for longer cycles of days, as if I wanted to do things calmly and patiently. Also because by going slowly you avoid the risk of unintentionally falling into one of the opposite extremes I was talking about, but instead you will have more control over what you are doing.
