What are ways I can use runes? Can I use runes without affirmation and just vibrate the word into my aura to have the same effects as the rune that I'm working on, or is it just the empowering your chakra is the only way to go about vibrating the runes into your chakra and not your aura? Is it mandatory to make affirmations to attract what you want into your aura?

The safest way to use the runes is with a good affirmation including: "In a positive and healthy way for me."

You can use runes to empower chakras, clean them, or you can use them to programm your aura.

With a affirmation you will also get better and faster results, because you have a stronger intent.

Runes are just a type of energy, but my understanding is they are safer relative to pure planetary energies. You can also tell which runes pertain to certain elements or planets, although some can be blended a bit.

You should always affirm/program and then visualize the result of any energy you are dealing with, otherwise, the results will be subpar or even nothing at all.

When using the runes, you can vibrate a large amount of them, say like x80 or x100 reps, or x216, then program them to either change you or change something outside you. For example, Fehu can attract wealth and opportunities to you. Sowilo can give you health, willpower, success. Nauthiz for discipline or quickly learning your lesson. Laguz for improving astral sensitivity. Kenaz and Mannaz for intelligence and learning.

Then do this over 40 days and the change will be permanent on you. So the Laguz you used, for example, will now have permanently upgraded you in the manner that you programmed it with.

I was just wondering if the 40 days was necessary? I'm kinda doing an aura of attraction I call it where I vibrate gebo and affirm it's making women around me find me attractive n Yada yada. I was just wondering if I have to do it 40 days because I do miss days here and there but I've been doing it consistently for about a few weeks now
